My order is redmi note 5 pro .Order date 23 oct 2018 or payment mode is online but pkt delivered keypad mobile (Kall mobile) And 3 times replacement request but customer care officer wrong detail filled in computer and my problem has not be solved yet 14 nov 2018. No hearing has been done so far 22 days. Flipkart company is fake.

We have ordered Redimi note 5 pro - 6 GB and by mistake first time delivered as 4 GB. OD113740100434767000. We return it back and you promise to replace it with 6 GB phone.

AGAIN THE SAME MISTAKE DONE AT YOUR END AND YOU DELIVERED 4 GB PHONE ON 16/11/18. We want 6 GB phone as we ORDERED and some customer care representative ask for money back but we do not want our money back and we want our 6 gb phone as we requested.

I request you to kindly expedite it as soon as possible bec now almost 3 weeks over since i order the phone and i have not expected it from flipkart. As the best service provider you are expected to deliver my 6 gb phone as soon as possible.

My canon pixma g2000 printer not printing cyan colour variation. I observed that cyan colour not passing through the tube from ink tank. Related images posted hear. used this printer for taking only 12 black and white copies and 3 colour photo prints but the cyan and magna colours ink very fastly decreased. where the cyan colour flows? Printer delivered to me in 2nd of this month installed and tested printing on the same evening. I put my return message on 3rd november to replacement. But still no one visit.

Customer Complaint India no - 1 online company flipkart

I made successfully payment Rs 24999 /=online for lenovo laptop from your company flipkart but at time of delivery you cancelled our order just giving excuses that you have called but we didn't receive any call from your side.

Note Pls we are 100% sure we haven't received any call or email or any message from your end. If you have any call make to us,Pls show me company's call detail ,It is really bad experience with flipkart India's no 1 online company. I Need proper explanation regarding my order cancellation. This was Diwali gift for my some loved ones which turned out in bad impression for me.

My point is if my order was confirmed with full online payment why my order was cancelled. Pls give me explanation, Asap. Next thing I have noticed,After that day deal You raised your priced to 24999/= To 27490/=??????. This is a kind of cheating with customer. First take a order then take payments then make a excuse to cancel the order. Sorry not acceptable on consumer grounds I have make a call on your customers care no. But they are giving silly answer to us after that call they blocked my number, no problem I am continuously touch with you for your support and care.

I ordered 3 item orka ottoman on 27 Oct. but still not get my item. my order already cancelled from your side without any information. the customer wait more than 20 days then who allowed to cancel my purchase request I don't know. the logistic team they informed 2 week back my product already reach in vatakara. they forced to me to pick item from their office. plz I want know abt your bad service why you cancelled my purchase request without any information. I 'll publish abt your bad service differently.

I had purchased a product from your website at Rs. 520 + 49 (shipping Charges) = 570 rupees. when i opened the package i found that the printing MRP price on the product was rs. 412/- the product was sold to me fraudulently with the hiked price of more than 100 rs which is exploiting and unacceptable from such a big company. before packing the product the company tried to tamper the actual printing MRP Price on the product. it is a malpractice which is supposed to be carried out by company knowingly.

I purchased Lee cooper Men’s shoes with Order id OD113613334405230000 Delivered on Fri, Oct 19th '18 through flipkart. I received a fake piece from the seller. I am working far from my hometown so I raised a replacement request after 2 weeks with Replacement ID:12201385846094223436, they agreed to pick up the item and wish to replace by Thu, Nov 15. They haven’t replaced my product yet. The customer executive said they are already delivered the product. After a long time talk, finally I convinced him that my product not to be replaced. I raised a complaint on 17th and 19th of November. But they didn’t take any step to resolve the issue. Last day they agreed for the refund but actually I want the replacement with the actual product.

As i believed flipkart and buy products because i think it was geniune but this time i got empty box. So that i gave multiple and emails regarding my problem.... every time i called to ur customer care support they have suggested me to wait 48 hrs. It has been 10 days no one given me proper resolution to my problem and finally they blocked my account. i request you yo please hive me a soft copy regarding tbat we are unable to provide replacement r refund. so that i can move legally....13000 is worth for me it a hard earn money..... like ur pioneers in online shopping you should feel shame on your part to cheat customers.... just have 1% of hope on you lets see.

I have to cancel my order, I got a message my refund will be done 23nov2018 but still, I am waiting for my refund. When I call to Flipkart customer support person he said your refund is done n 23 nov 2018, I said I didn't get my refund in my account he said to go to your bank. why I should bank problem is happening in Flipkart side, not my side you should guys refund my money ASAP. otherwise, I will take serious action from my side. I lost Rs 43000/- because of filpkart. Customer service numbers are invalid. Email is invalid. One filpkart employee call me and told me about lucky winner. After paying all amount I found that they cheated on me. Request flipkart to pay attention regarding this matter.
