I have intex aqua style pro and i am facing battery problem. The phones battery discharges very quickly within 5-6 hours although i don't use it much. Due to this i am unable to use the mobile for longer times.

I got 6 months warranty for the battery and it worked well for 6 months. But after 6months, the very next week it started troubling me. It got swelled and its now in a stage to blast. I'm not getting any replacement for that, in service center they are asking Rs700 for new one. Is this the service you are giving to the customers. Please do the needful and help me out.

I suggest all people of India by any mobile phone but not INTEX. I gave my INTEX mobile for "KEYPAD" problem into service center before 1 MONTH ago until I don't got mobile and they not give satisfactorily answers.

I purchsed intex aqua v3g mobile at online shopping in the month of April-2015 but in that phone charging problem. i give service centre, but the purchase bill was missed. so just now we want purhcase invoice. purchaser Name V.Maruthi Rao.Tarnaka-Hyderabad,

Display of intex aqua i5 hd is overheating. I took it to the service center but they say its not a problem. Although it gets heated a lot and it gets difficult to use the touch screen. please solve this problem.

I have purchased Intex Aqua Life II Mobile Phone on 14th Aug, 2015 but it is not working properly from 1st day. i am facing problem to google server every 2 to 3 hrs need to set new mail address. have been send for repairing 17/08/15 in Barrackpore , kolkata (Mobile solution) but no response i am getting your service centre my bill no is 181 and service centre name is MOBILE SOLUTION Mob. no. 9804061253. Intex star HD

I have purchased Intex Aqua Star HD Mobile Phone on 22-10-2014 but it is not working properly. It switched off automatically and touch pad is not working in properly also making problem. You are requested to solve the problem otherwise replace my mobile.

As I got notification of system update I downloaded and installed update file after process was completed it opens recovery screen with an option reboot now. when I selected reboot now it displays "no command"...

Help me out of this problem....My mobile was not switched on as it before

I purchased Intex Aqua Power on Sep 4th 2015 (less than 10 days ago) and the phone since day one keeps turning off automatically. I thought it was some setting which is doing it but its actually a fault. The screen just goes blank at any point and phone is off. It does not come ON even after you press power button. I have to remove the battery and put it back to turn it ON. After it turns on the wallpaper is set to default automatically. Pleas help.

I have purchased an INTEX MOBILE AQUA SPEED BLACK on 19.04.2015. Now the mobile is not working condition due to its battery bulge. Even the product comes under the warranty period, service centre at Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi does not replace the battery or check up the mobile. What kind of service is providing by the INTEX for customer satisfaction? Please replace the mobile or get it repaired as soon as possible.

In continuation to my earlier mail this is to inform you that I have not received my irist from Yash mobile your service center. Again to remind you the problem is that no imei no. has been written on the same. My job sheet no. that I have received only today is 509185241010T001. It is very pathetic to note that a co. like Intex, advertising so vigorously should supply a product like that and to top it all it has bagged a contract with RelianceJio for there 4G handsets. I pity those customers who buy those handsets. If you are not able to solve the problem please refund my money. Hope some action will be taken this time as my last mail has gone in vain.

This to inform you Kindly that my new handset purchased on 16-oct-2015 is model name- intex aqua power plus. This handset charger is faulty as it stopped working within 1 month. What's the equipment??? our company... why should purchase your companies handset. The dealer is not ready replace the charger. Dear team plz help.

whether mobile connected to wifi or not hola launcher and other apps are directly downloading...and are not shown while downloading but are visible as a notification after downloaded and it is directly going to install box whether to use package install or google verify & install plz...show me a solution for this problem..it is very irritating me.

i have got a intex cloud 4g star.i have changed my sim cards and the phone i asking privacy protection password. i dont know what the ____ was happened. the camera quality is .......rear 2 mp, front 1 mp quality i felt.
