Bought a Tshirt online from Myntra but it is defective.Now i want to return it but i am unable to contact the customer support by phone but i cant. This bad.. now how should anyone trust Myntra?

I am totally dissatisfied from your service i still not received my refund. what is the importance of your customers care no if the calling is not done.

It is really very disappointing that i placed an order on 27 feb and called you 5 times regarding status of my order and you just gave me false promises of getting it delivered by EOD for 3 days and now you are saying that status of order is in process. It will be delayed and you cannot provide it at earliest even after 10 days.
Due to all this , i have to buy things in urgency as products were needed for a special occasion. But due to your carelessness, i have lost faith in Myntra.

Although pick up completed on 13th November 2018 but i have not received the refund amount yet. Neither received any cal or email. However on cal to customer care I was assured to receive the same within 8 working days which has been passed.

Hey, I return my product (WROGN jacket ) but till now my is not refunded. So please help me to get it back.

I have return an item on 18th december but didn't get my Refund yet and since then i am trying hard to contact myntra but no one is responding. This is very wrong.. i think i should tweet publicly about it now.. kindly Do something about it now.

My order was scheduled to be delivered on 19th. Delivery boy refused to deliver it on my floor and misbehaved. Now the delivery is rescheduled without my information. Till now no update regarding the delivery. The jacket was required today for special occasion n now without any fault at my part m struggling to get something for today. This is completely unacceptable that ur delivery boys insult us, refuse to do their jobs, show arrogance and customers suffer.

I must say the standard of companies like myntra has been fallen now. I won't wish to use myntra again. Very disappointed.

Why the company giving approval to pick up the wrong product i rec. i m very upset with myntra service, i lost faith from them.

Dear myntra customer care my order no-111576079288104939203, mochi sandle, price-1890/-,order purchase at-23/07/2019 but sandle size not comfortable so I am return requests for myntra and return pickup via ecom express at 06/08/2019,Ecom tracking no-53802987, till now at 16/08/2019 not refund so I am camplain to national consumer grievance,myntra is very cheater online shoping, I am very sad due to not refund the money till now.

Just because prices of my order have increased, my order is canceled.

I am jyoti chaturvedi and I have purchase from Myntra app the products so many item and pay online but product was wrong delivered. I am complaining since 15 days more than forty time but no result so please suggest me that my will sortout or not after my account deactivated

This type of working by your Myntra team is not proper and I want that my patience for this is not taking any effect all of Myntra team. So I am requesting to “mrs.SINHA MAM THE CEO OF MYNTRA” please help me and guide your Myntra team poor performance for public dealing.

Just wasted my money nobody is there to help the genuine customer, get the broken tag but not believing even I am asking to check the product every thing but denied to help, lost my money.
