I bought one POCO F1 by Xiaomi (Graphite Black, 128 GB) (6 GB RAM) as bill attached in mail. Found camera clarity issue with this mobile and logged TT for same within 10days period on 7th Nov(Mobile delivered on 29th OCT 2018) also followed same steps which suggested by Customer support team as issue not resolved engineer has visited and checked the handset and same mention on JOB SHEET(sheet attached for reference)that camera clarity issue. But during online update engineer updated fake massage as customer issue resolved and customer happy which is clearly wrong. Case escalated but yet struggling from flipkart team for response/Replacement.

Plz take this mail as warning and process the Replacement on imitate basis else I have to go court for mental harassment which I’m facing becoz of flipkart.

On 30/NOVEMBER/2018 I WENT TO XIAOMI SERVICE CENTER TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM OF YELLOW TINT DISPLAY OF mi note 5 pro. They said me that it is problem from different manufacturers of mi display..and they can't do anything except changing the display to which they are not giving guarantee that it will get fixed or not... And saying me that to wait for 3-4 month till the phone condition get old.

I ALSO SHOWED THEM DISPLAY COMPARISON WITH MY OTHER REDMI NOTE 5 PRO WHICH WERE BOUGHT TOGETHER. Please tell me how to solve this and my display will get fixed or not.

I am Raju have been using MI set A1 10 months problems is that handset got switched off any time in day may be 3 to 4 times. I have visited many times to your service centers but they did not resolved the problems at all. you can check my service records on your system.
