I recharge with Rs49/- to my jio phone no9064796602 through jio money. Rs49/-has been debited instantly but recharge is pending still now. Why the recharge is pending but account debited?

Wen i logged out my account after adding money... then i tried to re-login ot shows like new account like name, dob, document type..etc. Its a very disgusting thing i've ever experienced about wallet. My jio money wallet no. Is 7004929896. And also u can contact me on this no. Plz help do me a favour to get rid out of this. Thank you

Dear sir, I had a jiomoney old version account before format my phon but then after I have installed the new version of jiomoney but can't login. & Not process after send SMS option. A pop-up seen after some time" please check your balance.sms regular charges will apply" . it could not be shown because I have already recharge with Jio 399/- pack.
