Hey i think you guys are cheating on me i have recharge today morning of 3 gb net. i have not use it in time of 15 min using internet it says you have used you internet. And at my mobile and laptop automatic downloads are also turn off.

I have complaint so many time to jio customercare that the internet speed is too slow but didn't take any solution for the internet speed.I am very disappointed with Jio. Daily my internet data is wasted due to internet slow speed.

I have got 4 numbers, 7907394766, 8848317131, 6371445522 and 6371445542. First two number of kerala and rest from odisha i have taken. I had shifted from Kerala to Bhubaneswar on Apr this year, 2018. and the net speed is negligible. Even i am unable to browse anything, download and upload is far far away. I had lodged complain on Apr, Jun mentioning the above problem, and the smart reps said your complain will resolve within 48 hours. Fortunately for the both complain i have got messages that WE ARE LOOKING INTO YOUR COMPLAIN AND IT WILL BE RESOLVED SOON. Again i have lodged a complain mentioning the same story and also have a sweet conversation with rep also and got the message as previous. but till now almost SIX MONTHS PAST NO CORRECTIVE MEASURES HAVE TAKEN AGAINST THIS COMPLAIN. My latest service request no is SR00000S2NES. THIS IS THE VAST TELECOM COMPANY'S (JIO) STRATEGY TO MAKE PEOPLE FOOLISH.

Jio network is so bad ...many times concert my problem with jio customer care but nothing is done. i think taken mistake on porting to jio.. there network is so soo poor. Slow internet speed, worst jio network.

We have already recharge my jio no. 8777271789 and already received massage for successful recharge but not active my no.

Mr Ambani we dont have unlimited money, why are you giving us third class service. All ways giving reason that work is going on, when will it finish? Very soon i am going to throw my jio card. Thanks for your third class service.

In my Area The Signal points are 3 nice.But data speed is very very very very slow.I already gave a complaint to jio Custmer care.But it is not solved.Please as early as possible.I Have one suggestion for jio That is THE BSNL signals are very very nice so If there is any possible Tie up with BSNL towers It is much better To Jio.

हमारा ग्राम डाबी हैं ,जो बुंदी जिले में अता हैं। हमारे ग्राम के पिंकोड नम्बर 323022 हैं । हमारे ग्राम में अभी तक जिओ नेटवर्क नहीं है । हमारे ग्राम में जिओ नेटवर्क आएगा भी या नहीं । हा यहां एक जिओ की दुकान लगी है ,जो अभी भी शुरू नहीं हुई हैं। इस भी 4-5 महीने हो गए । अतः आप से निवेदन है कि इस पर करवाही कर। धन्यवाद!

I am in leaving in banglore that to in popular area . and that fucking jio network is not working .if i want to search anything urgent JIO will not work . never my video worked on 720 p then what is point of giving 4G network. no network nothing. worst network who will read this dont take this sim they are making us fool in a nice way.

Never this network worked.if i want to see the photos from google photos app this fucking network will not work and they are saying india's best network. throw in the garbage. others are giving same plan that to good network stability,

I have a jio sim which is activate but gives very less data. kindly do something about the matter. ty.

I have 5 jio numbers at my place but none of them works. i have been complaining to the jio personnel for the last 6 months and every time a complaint is registered but no action is taken against it. it was my trust on reliance because of which i opted jio services but i regret my decision. the internet connectivity is very disappointing and the calling services are far worse. it doesn't seem as if one of the most trusted cellular company is owning the network.

Hope that my complaint reaches the right authorities and action is taken against it. at the ultimate ends its the customers who are being effected.

I recently got a msg on jio stating " we have notice that you number is being misused in making abnormally high number of calls ... blablabla" seing that I called the customer care to inform them that I make calls only to 2 numbers and since he has mentioned that a few people use it for a commercial purpose; i have clearly told him that my calls are only to 2 number and if u wish to u can check the history. Solution given by him is "please reduce your outgoing calls and incoming." When jio specifies the term "UNLIMITED" why are there restrictions. I do understand that there are policies and u have to abide. Well everyone has to abide by a certain rules I dont deny. But then my question is why use the team "UNLIMITED" then i am limited to make calls. You either correct your term "UNLIMITED" to a certain number of hours or you either dont use the word unlimited. Unlimited has clearly a different definition to that of ABNORMAL.

As a customer I am highly dissatisfied by the kind of customer service response that is provided by jio and also the customer service agent was trying to teach me the difference between the word unlimited and abnormal which you guys have to learn not me. Please change the word UNLIMITED to a certain limit that abides by your policies and ur rules and regulations.

My location internet connectivity issue and internet speed very slow and I complaint very time but no problem solved so I request my problem solve immediately.

Jio4voice app updated version is worst. it's no use bcz most of the time the no. is not reachable and it offline automatically when data connection is on. Most important thing we are not able to receive the calls also.

Jio voice app is good but not this updated version. i request you to move the last version or we will remove this no. bcz it's no use when we are not able to receive the call.

When i bought this sim card. From that day i am getting the net speed problem. And when i complaint to the customer care and. they still saying we r trying to solve in 120 days. In june i complaint first .. And still m getting problem.

Jio network is not properly working speed is very slow. pls suggest something.
