Maine 04/12/2018 ko gais gyger ki complain (no-WHR0452766) ki thi lekin aaj tak mujhe koi service provide nahi ki gayi main baar baar call krta hu or complain krta hu mujhe jhootha dilasha de diya jata h ki aaj aapka gyger repair ho jayega lekin aaj tak mera gyger repair nahi kiya gay.

Hi Team

I had a very bad experience with Hindware product. I had purchased a Gas geyser from Kamboj enterprises link road Saharanpur (Uttar Pradesh) one of your dealer.

I am facing problems since i have purchased the gas gyser, i had complained the Hindware service center thrice named Mr.Harmilap (contact details97607 17304). but they are not solving my problem, instead they they are give excuses. I am not satisfied with the product and the services provider.

My 3rd complaint number is WHR0844780

Kindly do the needful ASAP. Before i have to raise the issue to consumer court.

Hello, very bad experience with the hindware geyser I purchased online in Flipkart. Pathetic service by Hindware, it’s been almost 45 days ever since I raised a complaint with geyser having issue. No proper response from either from customer care or from senior management, it is in warranty and the technician asks for money only after which they will resolve the issue.

I bought cooler but it’s not good it is breakdown not working and still in warranty. I called many times in your number which is provided at website but my call is not connecting. It is disconnected by itself. I am unable to communicate with anyone.

Today I again raised my pending concern. kindly look at sequence of events

1. through your whatsapp support.
2.Then I called tollfree, there your team told that we will revert and provide service center no.
3.Service center concern person sandeep (9818533766) give me contact no. Of AREA INCHARGE
4.Then I called AREA INCHARGE SACHIN(8826311009), he told me to whatsapp, I shared my complaint details

Now I am waiting for revert as his contact number is getting busy continuously.

Customer is chasing your company and you people are not giving any proper response.
Is there any TAT for resolution.

Now kindly resolve my issue or else I will escalate issue in social media by today and further go to consumer forum.

Already winter season is on its peak. And i am suffering from delayed response from your end

I got my Hindware from reliance by 10/05/2022 and the fan got repaired which is not working from (01/11/2022). I raised a complain to fix this issue on (02/11/2022). No one called me or reached my location till (12/11/2022). After a long trouble on (13/11/2022) a engineer named Naveen reached out to my location with his team lead Mr.Bala they changed the spare and still it wasn't working. At the time of their visit they really know they are coming for a ceiling fan service they dint bring a ladder or something to complete the service I provided a stool and a chair to complete the service. And they used my sofa and they broke it (I spent INR 750 fix that issue ). Even thought they completed the service the fan problem wasn't fixed. Still the fan is not running and the problem has increased where in addition there is a noise coming out when we turn on the fan Mr.Naveen and Bala said that hindware is not sending the proper spare to fix the issue.

Later by 22/11/2022 Naveen said that he will reach my location for the same fan service and i asked him to bring a ladder since already my sofa got broken I was little worried taking risk providing them stool or chair so I asked them to bring a ladder so that that will be easy for them. But Mr.Naveen said he can't bring ladder I have to arrange from my end it seems. My question here is, as a technician he(Mr.Naveen/ Bala) must know what all the tools is required to complete the service. They are asking me(customer) to get one. I hope as a service team perspective this is not fair asking/forcing a customer to provide/purchase a ladder just to rectify their brand issue. I have all the call records and voice records what they spoke to me.. and I can send it as an evidence for further investigation purpose. And I forgot to tell about Mr. Gopala Krishnan (Teal lead ), Krishna (Voice support executive) they say that ladder can be taken for service. I need a resolution where my fan issue has to be fixed... will it be solved or not... If not we can take this legally.
