I am a customer of your company and i am facing issue with the device I spoke to your team member Swapnil and Vicky they are untrained on technical knowledge.what I want to say that is i am facing issue in my issue although my phone is to update which is MIUI 10 stable version but when I go to the settings still it is showing that you have to update your device.

I heartily requested to this people to share this details on my email id they brutely said we are not authorised to do the same.

Is this type of services you are providing to the customer? Totally disappointed with you guys hope so this type of experience will not be in future touch.

Huge regret to write this mail for such awful experience I had after Buying NOTE-5-PRO through Flipkart. Phone got Bend automatically just after two months of buying it. (I’m enclosing some pics for your reference). I am now not using it in fear of any fire or some other serious harmful possibilities. This experience become more regretful while I tried contacting service centre in Bhiwani (Haryana), they simply denied attending my request & replied considering this as physical damage (attaching Service Record Sheet also).

Kindly help me out as I’m getting harassed due to my time & efforts losses & also I’m very seriously planning to knock the doors of consumer grievance redressal forum if I’m not getting any proper hearing from you soon.

Looking forward your favourable & quickest action on above ASAP.

I Want To Open a Xiaomi Authorized Service Centere And Shop.Here we use many people in Xiaomi phone. If a service center is open here, people will be very benefited and it will be suspended at Xiaomi. The place is very good. So my special application to you.

My device is 2 months old and sometimes i have to click two or three times to lock/unlock my device. Lots of redmi note 5 pro users having same issue, can you tell me whether it is a hardware problem or a bug!.

Hello, i have this Redmi note 3 which suddenly stopped working...gave it to the authorised service centre in Pune Maharashtra. they are extremely callous, dont care a damn attitude.... they don't pick up calls. I had given it to the on the 10th last month....10-09-2018, still they cannot repair it...guys stop buying this phone. service is horrible.

Please bill My mobile (Readmi note-5 Pro). send my gmail account.

Mi company is very bad and problem my phone not come.

Compliant no WOIN2018101802859 and Woin2018101702211 not resolve after 4 days and full payment is already pay still not deliver.

With proof what i have with me i am hereby claiming that my mi max phone which is out of warranty, although i had used my mi max phone with great care since around 1.8yrs in the warranty period. the phone developed a fault of vertical line used to appear on screen so as per the process it was shown to u r electronics mi service centre. they gave a quick response and replaced the octa touch panel with display and returned phone same day. Now on 20/10/2018 a problem occurred of phone getting switched off again. when switched on it used to get on and found that by slight shaking the phone used to get off. it was again show to u r electronics mi authorised service centre. they said that battery problem it would charge 1400.00. so when asked to change the battery they suddenly said that battery connector jack which is mounted on board is faulty. Here it clearly shows that they have hidden some thing and by putting the tape over battery connector they packed the phone and gave to me and said that it is working fine.

After 2days phone suddenly switched off and went in mi logo loop display. Again shown the phone to u r electronics they said that motherboard is faulty which cannot be unless untill any physical damage is made. To take second opinion i have shown it to r k outsourcing new mi service centre they gave me clear picture that, where i had shown earlier they had snapped the latch of battery in such a way that it has come out along with the circuit of motherboard. All documents and proof i have with me. This clearly that negligence and mishandling of the customer product. This clearly will bring down the name of mi brand and as of now i will never recommend any body to go for mi.

Despite of all this ultimately being a user of mi i am the sufferer. Pls look into the matter and suggest me what i should do know.

I bought my mi Bluetooth headset today since it is not fitting in my both the ears and I used all the buds in the pack. please take back the headset and refund me..such a bad experience in returning policy....all the companies are offering returning policy...but in that mi is too bad in that. I want to return that headset please refund to that.

Hello sir, I had bought this phone 4 months ago and I had awesome experience with this phone. when I used this phone more than 2 and half months i noticed that phone is getting slight bending. so I immediately told to shop keeper from were I bought this phone and from that day I am facing lots of problem with this phone like battery draining very fast and some time back option don't work etc. I visited to service center also they also didn't take any action so pls resolve my problem.

I have bought a new redmi 5 device but accidentally it's screen have cracked and device is in warranty condition.I had went to your service center but they do not change it.I am very upset with your service.I can't believe that you are India no 1 smartphones brand.
