While booking the ticket, the amount has been taken successfully by the ixigo. And I forget the password finally. So the booking cancelled and money has been deduced. While trying for a password I deduced my money three times. In the ixigo app they said that money will refunded 17th Oct. But today is 17th. The money had not yet refunded. This is the money where I want to pay exam Fees. Please help me sir.
