I was purchase this USHA SHRIRAM RO water purifier on Date 03.04.2018 and the unit was installed on dated: 05.04.2018 by your authorised technician. The particulars unit was stop the working on 11.08.2018 after installation. I had launch a complain on Dated: 11.08.2018 as per complain no. 74124, but no one technician attended, again I was again complain on Dated: 21.08.2018 as per complain no. 74159. After 3 days a technician attend and he was told only the membrane will be require to change on cash payment that item is not under warranty. I have purchased a new membrane & fitted but the same problems as it, Again I was complained on dated: 24.10.2018, The technician of “SURYA AGENCEY, HYDERABAD, TELANGANA” was inspect and he told me, I launched your problems to my higher authority, immediately solved your problems of water purifier regarding. I have call to the technician 2 - 3 times.

I am very sorry to say that after three times complains, our R.O. water purifier not repaired to till date. How that I believed the a famous company water purifier or any products goods are good products. That is the suspected question in between people due to the poor service. At the purchase time I have a fully believe the USH SIRAM product goods are very good performance. But, your service against complains is very poor. So, break the believes.

Respected Sir/Madam, I again & again request to you kindly solved my water purifier as earliest.

I hv purchased one RO of Usha Shriram on 22/12/2018, I hv given request for installation of RO vide request ID 94011 on 23/12/18 but after six day there is no response from Usha. I daily call to customer care but they do not response properly. Horrible service by Usha.

Hello Team,

Before 3-4yers i had purchased Usha Lexus JMG 1842 (Sr. No-LJ 24052764) Juixer mixer grinder.
I had received two jars with this mixer but both that jars have got damaged and lost so that i am looking to buy new jars for Usha Lexus JMG 1842 juicer mixer grinder.

I have fetched these jars on google as well as neared market but got weird as not getting required products over there. I would request you to please guide me and help me to get required jars for above mentioned mixer grinder.

Totally dissatisfied by the service, seems i have been trying to reach support folks but for one no. (+91-11-45770990) not getting any response and for another no (9899210990) person is only saying that we cant help you regarding this also not ready to provide any other contact details so that i can reach out for related information and help.

Also not getting any valid responses from support email ID (sales@usha.in).

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am Smruti Ranjan Pradhan, A Valuable customer of USHA appliances. Me and my Family has been using USHA appliances from generations. First time in generations I feel like cheated. I want answers for that.

I bought one 15 Lit USHA Stellar water heater (Geyser) from CSD Canteen on date 25/08/2018, Model No. WH ST 1115, SR. No. MK3712000397. The water comes directly comes out from drain pipe in the Geyser. For this issue I Lodged the complaint in USHA Shriram custom care (9899210990) on date 12/09/2021. The complaint number is 19556. Since so long period my issue did not resolved and the after repeated call to the care number (9899210990) they just postpone the date but my geyser issue still stand.

Can you please intervene and resolve my Geyser Issue at the earliest and reestablish the faith on USHA appliances again.
