I received the card no. 4028 7434 0000 XXXX in Feb./March 2018. I was told it would be a free card, no money payable by me unless I purchased anything. I have not used this card at all. I have made a payment of rs 50000 ,in scb branch, Barakhamba road, New delhi by two cheques no 000193 Rs 30000 dated 18/08/2018, drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank, issued by kamal kapoor and cheque no 167585 Rs 20000 dated 18/08/2018, drawn on Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Ltd, Delhi 110006 issued by Anupama Kapoor, against my pending bill of appx rs49800. Out of which one cheque no 167585 Rs 20000 dated 18/08/2018, drawn on Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Ltd, Delhi 110006, has been misplaced and not presented for payment. Interest for short payment along has been levied due to this incident. Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.

I request you to increase my credit limit immediately. reason for not convenient of small credit limit while I have regular customer your bank. my credit card no. 554623290358XXXX.

I have not given any option of rs.6500/- to bharat matrimony, you have deducted 6500/- in my credit card no. 5546232909760232. so kindly take my request and reversal my account in my account and do needful.
