Please check into customer accounts and credit them with the failed transactions, its more than 72 hours and still I am not credited with the amount, very poor customer service. Never expected this low quality customer service from PAYTM.

Would never like to use paytm again, such a dirty experience why don't you people credit the amount back if the transaction is a failure. Soon you people would loose customers. Shameless using our money.

I booked a flight for 3rd October (Booking ID : 6171767710) and the same was cancelled by Air India . I have received no refunds and also no response from paytm team. I have called like 10 times and each time they say we will check and put my call on hold for 20 minutes and then say we will get back to you within 48 hours . But the same has never been done.

Very unsatisfied with service. Kindly inform what is the issue and why my request is not being attended to.

No response. KyC centers never works due to server maintenance. Given customer care numbers always busy. They will not monitor email and suggest to call to CC but you should be lucky to connect.
