Resitec gold plus mattress in king size (78*70*6) or (78*72*6) is available in market now? i want to buy this mattress. So i want to authorised dealers in gandhinagar gujarat but they told me that this mattress was banned since one year.is it true? please reply me about this matter.

Hi Team, We bought your product 3 year ago, after some time condition of that mattres became very bad that we got it replaced to the new one. Now this new product which came was short in size and quality is also very bad. We tried to reach you out many times but got no revert on the same. Product became Efflorescent in the middle area and very uncomfortable to sit or sleep.

Doctor is also not recommending to sleep on the same now. So please replace this with good quality of this product as soon as possible and we are also expecting reply on this comment. Hope we will get positive response.

Last year 2016 OCT we buying from one of your dealer but they are given any response since 7 or 8 month. now mattress is in very bad condition. please replace my mattress as soon as possible.

I purchase a sleepwell mattress of spinetech air size 84 inchs width and 78 inchs depth but delivery of my mattress is over sized of 02 inches as my bed which size is same as i ordered thats why its not set properly in my bed so me and my family is unsatisfied with you. Thats a humble request to you please help and resolve that problem. And i am agree with expenses if any. I am waiting for your response. thats a first time to interact with you and this experience works me and my family members for entire life.

No after-sales service. If you buy and get an issue, nobody to hear. The customer care service is very poor and adamant. they think they are always right. not escalating my complaint nor giving me e-mail or phone no of Sleepwell higher-ups. Very Very Bad experience. Don't buy Sleepwell products.

Hello,
I have made multiple calls at Sleepwell’s helpdesk…get message that you will callback…but nobody called back till date.

This is regarding my Sleepwell mattress “Spine Tec-Air Luxury” 72X72X200 purchased on 24/9/2017 from “Hare Krishna…”Gurgaon. Mattress has sagged from center on both sleeping sides. Top layer of mattress has gone hard and causing back pain.

As it has Guarantee/Warrantee of 10 years, please get it inspected and replaced ASAP.

Folks, this is a company which treats their customers like filth once they have done the payment. In the modern 360 degree era, its hard for a company to survive which has zero focus on customer satisfaction.

After a month long battle with these horrendous guys for my warranty replacement, they finally charged my credit card in 1st week of Dec, 2020 and promised to deliver the mattress within 10 days. As expected, it was a fake promise and they aren't giving any updates to me whatsoever. My 2 year old daughter cries at midnight in their swollen mattress and i prayed to these guys with folded hands (both over email as well as call) to deliver ASAP, but they have deaf ears.

They have not given me any update regarding my order or status. After 1000 calls, they promised that it will get delivered by 21st Dec, after failing that, they have started disconnecting my calls with some excuse (putting me on hold). The support team of theirs is a horror, which you wouldn't want to experience. Even after doing all the payment, you are made to feel like a loser.

If there is any leap of faith remaining before i go for consumer rights, it is this forum. Can someone ring the bell in their ears and urge them to stop this deliberate attempt to frustrate people?

Mattress are not good quality. after 2 years mattress has sagged in center and looks like low quality mattress. isse achha to hum simple mattress lete to jyada achha rehta kam se kam itna paisa dene k baad pachtana to nhi padta, complain karte hai to koi satisfied response nhi milta hai. plz solve our problem.

I purchased memory foam double bed mattress four years back . Now mattress gone out of shape and gone pressed causing back pain and I am taking Physiotherapy to get relief daily. Please do something which makes me comfortable.

I purchase mattress from m/s just home inc. j-40/b central market, lajpat nagar-11, pin code 110024 new Delhi. From the next day of purchasing my mattress. I have complained to the dealer because my mattress is too hard or painful, my dealer has told me every time that I have raised my complaint with the company. I’m so upset. I bought this mattress because of the name of Sleep well after hearing and seeing the name of your company. I have mailed many times to your company also but no message came from your company. Your company's senior Mr. Atul Sharma whose contact number is 9717090898 also talked to him many times. I have also sent the invoice they are also keeping me in trouble everyday is your company like this which cheats the customer. I request you please change my mattress immediately and reply me as soon as possible. I am senior citizen so please help me to change my mattress.

I had purchased Twin Comfort mattress 71' * 69 3/4 mattress from M/S Mattress Mart, Dombivli on 20th February' 23. The mattress has lost its shape n thickness. The quality of mattress is not up to the mark. I request you to replace the mattress at the earliest.
