Today I submitted a letter to Manager,Vijaya Bank, GGH Branch, Kakinada for cancellation of SMS alert to my SB A/c, but I received message from Bank that 'register SMS alert to Your Account'. It is a funny.

On Vijaya bank website it states eligibility being mentioned as 85% of new vehicle and 100% if providing mortgage of house taken as continuing security but below contribution is showing as 20% in the web. 100% also now shown in any circulars but customer claims.

I made call today to 18004255885 of your Bank which is Toll free number for Vnet banking disabling part. Surprisingly my AIRTEL service provider Charged Rs.9.16 from my recharged amount. How it is so ??
It happend so many times. even I made call to AIRTEL providers regarding this part and they are saying that, may be it was not a Toll free Number of yours. It is not the question of my small amount. just I want to know where the fault was whether it is yours or AIRTEL providers.

I have been operating my NRE SB account with your Trichur-1 branch for more than 4 decades. In Sep 2014 my account has been hacked and the beneficiary managed to transfer USD 3000 to Singapore with the help of your branch manager's letter. The amount was transferred upon receipt of an email from the beneficiary which is against RBI rules. I did not get any proper reply from your branch and head office even after several correspondence and personal approach to your branch in Trichur where My account is .% complaints have been lodged in your website and many reminders have been sent.

Till today I did not get any proper reply from you. I may wait maximum 1 more month after which I will withdraw all my FD accounts and open account with other bank where I can trust. I lost all my trust with your bank. Please solve this issue which has been pending more 2 1/2 years and credit the unauthorized transferred money to my account at your earliest before I publish my grievances with media. Hope I will get a positive reply from you. Thank you.

It is now three months but still I have received my cheque book showing my name LACHHMANDAS JESWANI. Chief Manager, Vijaya Bank, Chembur BR , Mumbai 400071 had promised my cheque book at the end of March 2017 before I leave for U S A. Is your Banks efficiency and customers service? This is highly intolerable attitude.I don't understand your PGRS-2017-5741-1428. Since I am in USA. so please send my cheque Book at my address: 6944. DADA. DRIVE, GURNEE , IL 60031 USA.
