I like this company but service is poor, service charges high. Many complains are i tell but not response to service center because i dislike to hero service center. The service center name is natraj from attur, salem (tk), attur (po). so please accept to my complain.

Battery in warranty. Hero motor workshop in Rohtak he said that we change the battery after 4 to 5 days but they didn't get me another battery for use, how to use my bike without battery. What is the use of warranty. I totally fedup of this service. I gave you suggestion to all my friends don't buy the hero products. my phone no. Is 9671160943.

I purchased Hero passion pro in November, 2017. During 1st, 2nd and 4th free service the service centre is charging minimum RS. 100 to 113 towards estimate of repair. But my vehicle has no complaint of any repairs. This type of things needs to be checked.

I bought hero duet vx from byculla east hero fortpoint outlet, at that diwali period I got special offer for 15 extra free servicing. They did not give me the card but told me that I will get it at workshop, & took my signature on the received item registered book, but at mahalaxmi workshop they did not give that. time passed, one & half year passed. Now I demanded for the same but they both are not co-operating for the free servicing book. It seems like they are making me fool & so Fortpoint.

I have come ODISHA om hero service center but service is very poor. they take 5 hour for only washing and then service is too let it's very poor service. why customer like me purchased hero it's zero...in future I will NEVR buy hero products.

Hero passion pro liye 1 month hua pehle hi din se bike vibrations ki complain ki, abhi tak koi solution nhi aya. Dealer thik thak krke de deta he. Lekin koi solution nhi aya.. bad service hero bad bike hero. I'm not satisfied hero bike... 9924051834.

I have own Pleasure BS-IV on 29th April 2017 and as of now has run 11310 KMs. The 5th service is expiring on 28th Oct'18 but dealer M/s Sunny Motors, Cuttack is not allowing the 5th service. I am within the KMs range i.e.12500 KMs and days i.e. 460 days.

Since beginning I have brake problem, not yet solved due to which I am fallen for 4 times. It gives only 32 KMs milage per ltr of petrol. Dealer says I have to do paid service with all other expenses.

Quick reply is requested.

1) I face bike starting problem with my new Hero passion pro i3s model purchased last 18 March 2018.Strictly resolve my problem or replace bike within warranty period.I am not satisfied to your product. i am mentally disturb.
2) I feel like very bad servicing of hero motors. i m complaint about speedometer led light doesn't show. but the dealer said its not possible to replace.its valid warrenty period totally im very unsatisfied with hero servicing. i m prefer to Everybody plz do not buy hero bikes. its very worst servicing.
3) I am very sad this company ismart is very bad. services center is very bad.

I bought new model super splendor in June 2018 .but my money lost because engine is very bad all time noise and battery died very soon and service centre is very bad service and front head light is very dim mileage also bad.service centre name sainik hero tiloi amethi is very unsatisfied. i am old customer of hero but hero goes to zero soon if not maintain service and technology. From a long time there is sound coming from my splendor bike. main service centar gaya tha lakin unano kha ki kuch problem nhi fir mana kyi makanik ko dikhya unano kha ki engine m problem h ya devli pasupati ki campland m court m kar dunga meri sahi nhi hui to.

Very bad sound of engine. Not good service. Hero is the very good company but not good servicing not good engine sound. I purchase hero super splendor only before one month from nagpur untti hero two servicing is over but engine timing chain sound is created. i am not satisfied from this bike i am feeling second hand bike drive. Please reply.

I have taken a bike hf deluxe of hero from hero showroom based in tapi district in vyara and they have said that the bike will give average of 70-80 per litre but it is giving only 40km per litre. when i complained to them that the bike is not giving average the they are saying that it will give average after running 500 km and not replying clearly they talk in a very rude manner.

I have heard that hero service is very good and they talk gently with the customers but sir the behaviour of vyara's hero showroom was completely different. Its a humble request to you sir please take some actions against them.
