No refund after returning the order. I want my money back.

My order was cancelled and now customer care is not receiving my call.

Worst online service experience. No one pick up the call on customer care, tried n number of times. They should learn how to serve from amazon.

श्रीमान जी मैंने 8476095438 नंबर से एक आर्डर किया था जिसका आर्डर नंबर 6186892840 जिसको 3 अक्टूबर को किया था, जिसकी डिलीवरी का sms मुझे 10 अक्टूबर की शाम को मिला मैंने 11 अक्टूबर को मोबाइल नंबर 9105259516 पर blue dart के courier boy से संपर्क करने की कोशिश की लेकिन मेरी कॉल रिसीव नही की, फिर मैंने 12 की शाम को कॉल की मेरी कॉल रिसीव तो की गई लेकिन बिजी होने का हवाला देकर बात नही की,फिर मैंने 13 अक्टूबर को delivry status chek किया तो मेरा order cancell show हो रहा था, 13 को मेरी कॉल फिर recev नही की, 14 अक्टूबर को मेरी बात हुई, तो मुझे प्रदीप जी ने जवाब दिया कि आप order फिर से कर देना, मैं आपके care पर कल से कई बार कॉल कर रहा हूँ लेकिन मेरी कॉल रिसीव नही हो पा रही है, अब मैं क्या करूं जिस से मुझे मेरा item उसी कीमत और उसी प्रोमो कोड के साथ पुनः प्राप्त हो सके,

This is very much oppressive that a return request about my order with order number - 6208086054, has been placed on 15th of October. It was said that the return pick up would be carried out within 3-4 days, but it has been more than 10 days that the return request is under process. I tried several times to call the customer care executive but there was no response every time I called. I am deeply concerned about my order, the return request was approved on 15th of October and from 16th of October the dispatch of the order is still due, whereas the return pickup by courier blue dart has also not taken place. The expected date of the pickup was 24th October, but there was no response from either Paytm, nor Blue dart.The order is very urgent for me and is of great concern, so i request to please look into the matter, and please do the needful , so that the processing gets smooth and the product is delivered properly.

I ordered a shoes of size UK8, which was not fit to me. So i replaced & ordered UK9 but today i recieved UK7. I am trying to replace the order again but there is no option for replace, only refund option is there & total refund amount being shown is Rs. 0.00. I am trying to contact you since 2 hrs but my call has been put on hold for a long time. What is the solution? I used to order a lot of things from paytm mall as I thought it is best. But now I am getting irritated & I think I need to change my decision.

I placed an order on paytm mall on 27 nov 2020, i request return on the next day and the status is showing return approved. but no one is coming to take this wrong product. now after almost 20 days they are updating the status return rejected which is really pathetic. although the customer service is very very bad , no facility to talk with the customer care executive as they redirected to the 24x7 help page.
