I never received a reply either on email or via calls. Is this the way a paying customer is treated by shaadi.com?

This website is fraud after getting the payment they just delete your profile without any reason and there is no any proper contact or telephone number the toll free do not work at all always busy.

The owner of website held accountable and FIR should be filed against him. He is the mainly corrupt person.
