none of the tata sky numbers are toll free! yet it is pathetic -- could not even provide firmware version or confirm if it is updated; STB replacement charge is 350 INR, yet you need to pay service visit of another 350 INR (what extra he's gonna do, body massage?); one would just buy new connection! it will have 1 yr warranty!

You have put a stupid condition of giving missed call on no7406290123 which never gets through. Why should I not go to consumer court for not providing us access to the channel for witch I have paid? Do you think we are stupid to make a call and get fooled by Tata sky. I think I should go for dish or cable connection.

I have install a new tatasky set top box at my home and follow the instruction to activate it, customer care told me that dealer din't sent necessary information, I contact to dealer and they said to me already sent..... my connection is still deactivated. i beg to pay attention proper authority to activate my new connectionplease. My entertainment experience with Tata sky is very -2 bad. Every month after tata sky recharge I so sad. plz disconnect my tata sky box. my recharge money is totally waste. Thanks

Extremely upset with the Tata sky service. We have paid for something which we couldn't use due to poor connection. I am not able to access any chanels. Tired of reaching to customer service representative but couldn't get anyone. What kind of service Tata sky is providing ?? I will be changing my DTH provider soon.
