We bought a washing machine from Haier in Dec. 2013. After that we have complained several time regarding the drainer motor. There has been no solution for this, technician come and take the motor for repair and bring back after repairs. The machine works fine fpr 3-5 days but it agains stops working. Now they are asking for service charge too.. i am fed up with this. What should we do?

Dear Sir,

This is Dhaneshwar Chalodiya from Katargam Road, Surat, Gujarat.

We have purchased Haier HRB 475SS (450 liter) refrigerator from ADS International on 20-11-2017 with tax invoice worth Rs. 40,500.

My complaint is, refrigerator is not working properly and getting hot from inside and cold from out side from last one and half month; the upper body of the refrigerator is not getting cold while lower body (Deep Fridge) and My Zone are working properly. We have raise the complaint 26 time since this problem occur.

Company's service person used to come and check the refrigerator and solve the problem on tentative base not completely. On 08-05-2017 they have taken the refrigerator to service center and return it on 12-05-2018 morning. By the evening of 12-05-2018, the upper body of refrigerator stop working and got hot, so we again call Mr. Nitin Panchal from Haier (Number got from Haier Customer Care) he clearly told that we have done what we could do in this refrigerator and we can't and will not do any thing more than this to your refrigerator, we ask them to come personally and check the refrigerator and inspect by his own but he kept on saying we can't do anything more and hang up the phone. The way he was talking to me was neither polite nor respective he was clearly misbehave with me. We have paid for the refrigerator and we have tax invoice for it no matter from where we have bought it from. It's Haier India's responsibility to solve my problem.

Kindly review my case and help me to fix this problem or else we have to lodge a complaint against Mr. Nitin Panchal and Haier India in Consumer Forum.

I have purchased a split AC HSU 18NFG3(DCINV) from Ms VIJAY SALES. this was installed on 8th June 2018. I am found of Haier products. I have TV of Haier and planing to purchase one more 700 lit fridge.

I feel that the AC is not giving proper cooling. It is therefore requested that service engineer may please be deputed to check the AC. Wall bracket for remote was also not provided.

It is also suggested that SIP (standard installation procedure) must be supplied with the unit. In my opinion less cooling is due to non purging of air from indoor unit.

I have purchased a Brand new Fridge on 11th Sept'18, Model No. HRD 1955PMG-E & SR. NO. BS033BE7Q0173J760080. On the 3rd day of delivery itself we have identified that there is a gap between the Fridge Door and Gasket through which there was air inflow inside which affects the cooling and ice and vapour formation outside the freezer door. I have raised the complaint of 14th Sept'18 and a service engineer has visited and replaced with a new gasket. But again there was gap between the Fridge Door and Gasket. And I have been following up for the past 20 days for rectifying the same through emails and by calling customer care number but still this issue is not resolved. And on the repeated assurance from the customer care, no one has contacted me or has came to attend and rectify the issue. And it is very much disappointing that the service engineer has reported to the customer care o that they cannot satisfy the customer. It seems to be very awkward that they doesn't care the customer without even visiting. I have also shared the picture of the same to the customer care mail id showing the gap. And even after repeated mails...I have sent around 5 to 6 mails and several phone calls but still Company is not able to resolve the issue.

You should understand that I have bought a brand new Fridge and due to the manufacturing defect of the product I am suffering and begging behind for fixing the issue.

So, would request you to look into the matter seriously and resolve this very quickly.
