Very poor commitment in ur salesman & distributor & no proper visit.
Hair found in britania biscuit
I purchased a Britannia biscuit, "chaska maska" and to my surprise I found a hair in my biscuit baked with biscuit itself. I tried to call Britannia customer care but it is closed on Sunday. I need to know how can Britannia be so careless about its customers. I will have to go to consumer court for this, so that a action would be taken against Britannia.
