Dear Sir/Mam,

It is a request to you that your company's service for LTE device users is not up to a point. Just because I am attempting to leave with your service. I have a Lenovo device model named K3 NOTE that supports only LTE service. And whenever I try to call it automatically gets disconnected to network and again regains. This problem occurs only when I try to call somebody. My jio no. is 7905738192. Please Sir/Mam it is a little request to you to please fix this problem soon.

Your ad hock service is only for net users, just for voice calls, so that people who like us buy a SIM just for voice call will be a little cheaper and affordable even if our mobile is simple and less RAM. Falls So, I have an Request that you can get an offer like voice call for a voice call.

My Jio Dongle number: 9315270757

I bought this Jio wifi hotspot dongle and lately it's giving me problems.It is very slow in speed. It keeps buffering and doesn't show any data on the web. The videos also doesn't load.

I would like you to take immediate action on this problem and contact me providing any solution for the same.

I have complain two-three time for my jio net speed but not get the satisfying result yet.. They give me worst then 2G network speed.

Very slow internet speed. speed reduced to 50kbps when i use half of intenet. very bad experience of jio. kehna ka hi tez hai.

I have more than 500 mb data on my number but it could be fast download. I already complained in customer care but they're not taking responsibility on my complaint. I need solutions for that problem.

THis is my mobile number 9416502064. I ported this number from BSNL to Jio but my number is not working under jio yet. There is still service in BSNL number and jio number without any service.

Sir, honestly I want to inform you I am one of the Jio user & in my area there are much more 4G handset user are there but in my area Jio network is insufficient for users. So I request you to build a jio tower in my area for which I am going to provide the land area. If you take serious action on my request then it will be benefit both of us.

Sbse pehle digital india k naam pr digital chutiya banaya ja rha hai..2-3months before there is no speed issue but now kya kha jaye... customer care me call kiya to bola upto 120days me new website install ho jaegi..but maine jo 91 days(Rs449) plan liya hai uski koi value nhi..nodata refund is available...now tell me what can i do for this..mai to chutiya ban gya ye plan lekr..roj 1.5gb data use nhi ho pata so aisa 4g ka kya faida isse better apna 2g tha which work atleast properly...and i don't know when 120 days are completed and new website will be installed.

I have a Jio no. Bt my jio no out going call is barred due to uses of high misuse. Then customer says again recharge with a jio plan when yr no barring issue is active. While I have already recharge 399rs. I accepted this problem bared my no. 5 or 10days and no reactive automatically. Why I recharge a new plan??

सर, कल 26 9 2018 को Paytm से 390 रुपये का रिचार्ज 8218636678 पर कराना था । गलती से वह 8218633667 पर रिचार्ज होगया । 2 बार । 399 /- 399 /- Paytm से । हमने कॉल किया 8218633667 पर । बो बार बार स्विच ऑफ आरहा है । हमको 798/- का नुकसान हो गया । हमको मेरा पैसा दिलवाने में आप हमारी मदद करे । गलती मेरी है । लेकिन आप मदद जरूर कर सकते है ।उस नंबर पर कट पॉइंट डाल सकते है कि जय से ही बो सिम एक्टिवेट हो बो पैसा वहाँ से डेबिट हो और आपको मिल जाये। क्यों कि बो पैसा उसका नही है । बो आपसे कुछ कह भी नही सकता । प्लीज हेल्प ।

My jio phone in dead . When I go in care of jio in meral Care man say you go in garhwa Care garhwa Care man say you go in daltonjong care all says that your jio phone will change any care but you have taken a cost of dead Mobile 501.
