Today I went your shop EASY DAY at G.T.B nagar kareli allahabad for taken baby milk Naan Pro 1 . but your salesman not permission sale baby milk. he does not any give satisfied reason . He rudely behavior with me. I saw there are a row baby milk Naan Pro 1 boxes are very capacity. Because that salesman not selling milk my baby cant got milk. I go to Legal PIL for your EASY DAY Shop.

Your company messaged that maggi 560 gm available at Rs58. but Aliganj store has not it. The management said no complaints in this regard and no complaints book to register a complaint.

Hi I am Pradeep Yadav I visited last night (9:50pm) at your Meethapur branch opposite Om garden. those people not allow to enter in store and i had words with store manager. he said we close store at 9:30pm for customers and till 10pm for eod but when i ask show your opening and closing time, where is mention he didn't give any satisfactory answer. He said i have writes of close store at any time and after that i call on your helpline no and your executive said our open and close time is 10am to 10pm but we close at 9:30pm for customers. So why you guys not mention your open and close time at your stores why customer suffer for your rules and regulations. Please give your resolution asap. 8860966389.

Hi there, I am existing customer of Easy day Hapur, since more than one year. Today when I reached to store buy some stuffs, price in selves totally confused, nothing was clear. I bought two tea bag (Tajmahal), but price was not clear. when I was ready to pay on store's cash counter, people was that time working conduct misbehave with me.So I request to you, please take necessary action. And let me know when you are going to resolve this issue within your time frame.

CIE Experimental Basic school under Department of Education, University of Delhi had purchased some grocery items, vegetables etc from the easyday at 2012 GF, near quality chicken shop, GTB Nagar, Delhi 110009 for the annual school community lunch in January 2018. The receipts of the same were preserved as account details. We missed to get photocopies of the bills for record purpose. In a years time all the bills have got faded away. the relevant store was contacted with the original bills (faded ones). The staff were very cooperative but they could not trace the relevant data. It is a kind request that the school may please be provided with an invoice for the same purchasing as per the details available with us.

At the time of billing I come to know the price of the article is INR198 in your system. When i raise concern with billing person ( Avinash Kumar) then he said we cant do any thing in pricing. than the matter was escalated with the stores manager ( Amrinder Pratap Singh) he is starting to annoyed and not to listen any this and told me I am the boss and i you want to escalate then you are free and he is badly acting and doing misbehaved .

Request to concern authorities to pl. take up this matter seriously and take necessary Disciplinary actions Against him and also ensure the correct pricing in display and billing system.

Hi, I Avneet Singh Last night 16, May 2019 around 8:05pm visited to your store Easy Day Location- Sunny Enclave, Kharar, Punjab 14030. I bought 1 Kg milk from there and there were to much rush at your store so when i was stand in que i asked to person who stand first to me that can i bill my 1 kg milk first as he had lots of grocery for bill & he has no issue he said okay but that time your executive interrupt us & said ( Turn wise hi hoga & then i said jab us person ko problem nahi he usne keh diya he ki aap bill krwa lo kyuki uske paas jyada samaan he to tume kya problem he & agr jab tume lagta he ki rush jyada he to ek or billing counter jo free pada he use start kr lo cz there were around 15 people were standing in que & there were 5-6 people asked to start another billing counter. but he replied agar aapko itna hi problem he to helpline no. pe call krke billing counter start karwa lo hum kuch nhi kr skte. Seriously itna rude behavior i never seen in any store even i am a registered member of easy day. Kindly reply me as soon as possible on my given Email-id. Other wise i am going to boycutt of your store & ask to my friend and family too.

As per the scheme launched by Easy day club in March 2019 ,I am entitled for duffle bag . Till date I have not got the bag from easy day store Mandi Dabwali Dist sirsa Haryana .I asked the store manager so many times but till date I have not received.Easy day club assures to deliver the bags upto the month of April.Now May month is ending but no hope for delivery. I asked the management,if you did a promise why are late in fulfilling .Take action on my request.

Today I have purchased some items from bareilly Civil Lines store. After checking the bill at home, in bill one item shows 2 qty instead of 01 qty. no body pick the phone at store. These people are cheaters.

Really sorry to say but easy day on Kharar road really need to update or rotate the staff. The emplyoees working there feel like they are working in their parental business. Every time customers walk in your store have to call the staff to come over meat counter. Every time customers have wait in a long que due to your employees slow service.

Most often, out of three payment counters you will find only one open. First come first serve ethics for your employees is too hard to serve. Products to be labelled or priced is rarely to see. Attitude of the employees of your store is really appreciated.

Rather than listening to customer's queries they ignore customer most of the time. I suggest you to put the customer suggestions and complaints box, you will find it full.

I happen to become a member of your Easyday Club in 2018. The requisite money was given to the branch at Una, H.P. Grocery amounting to Rs. 500/- was given as per the choice of the outlet store was given and remaining amount was promised to be deduced from the future bills of shopping for Easyday Centre. I have been regularly shopping as per my requirement since I became the member. A few days ago I requested the people on the desk to let me know how much money and when it was deducted from my bills? In reply they installed Future Pay App on my registered phone number 9418047635. I was surprised to see that my rewarded money was not deducted and many times it has expired. May it whether my ignorance or a mistake at the part of of the desk members managing the Una branch, the request is to please redeem my balance to keep the faith in the company and make a good gesture among the masses.

I am a senior citizen. The staff of Easyday at Tohana, Dist Fatehabad, Haryana is most inhospitable and insulting. They keep the AC'c switched off. Do the billing in a hep hazard manner and, if one complains, they simply tell you to go to hell.
