Worst service, motor not working with in one year.

We have purchased one 20 HP Submersible pump with above model from your supplier M/s Vasavi Corporation, Sec'bad {vide PO # 0928/14-15 of 23.1.2015}.

The above Pump has been purchased after discussion with your supplier as per our requirement , It was found that the supplied pump is not working as per its designed /given parameters. As per designed parameters given on Pump Full Load current is 41.5 Amps with 44 LPS delivery at 30 meter head but in actual practice it is taking 46 Amps even at 4 meter head only.

This Problem is coming from Start of Installation of Pump

One time winding got burnt ,which has been rectified by supplier, Second time CRI Pump Service Engineer visited site and requested to send back the pump for replacement of Impeller & Casing, Then it is Replaced by supplier But Even after this replacement we are not getting design /Required Parameters

Third time ,Your technical person suggested to do modification in impellor But even after modification we are not getting design /Required Parameters.

We have raised this matter with your area in charge /Technical support Secunderabad Mr. V.V.S.Naraayan Patnala ( Mobile no. 9666866222). Even after above experiments It seems that this Pump is not fulfilling its design Parameters, needs Replacement

i have cri pump model no. MVC-2/13SR. SL. NO.-10816D10238. I bought the pump on 07/06/2016 and is within the warranty period. The pump was not working from 18/07/2016. i complained on toll free no. 18002001234 and on 20/07/2016 i placed the pump on service centre. but they cannot repair or replace the pump till now. please observe the matter and solve it promptly.

I have purchased 1 HP CRI Open well submersible pumpset from DEE BEE YES MARKETTING AGENCIES, (14/86,KALLAI ROAD, KOZHIKODE-673002) During April 2016. On 27th Nov 2016 it is found the motor is not woking. So I contacted the above dealer and they advised me to contact the authorised service centre 'KAIRALI' (0495-2302433) near to AXIS Bank, Pushpa Junction Kozhikode. Their service engineer visited and told that the motor has already damaged so they have to take to service centre. Next day I took the motor to Kairali (ie. Authorised service centre). Till today (ie 6th Dec. 2016) they have not yet ready to make the motor ok.

Many pump manufactures are replacing the item with in warranty period. Why CRI is making unnecessary delay in repairing the motor.

Worst service, motor not working with in 5 month.

I have installed a water pump recently in my house but now its making a lot of noise. I called the customer service and they also took a complaint but no one has visited till now. Bad service.

I bought the pump in jan,18 but it damaged within 3 month. pls reqst to the company that replace the pump...pls.

I am from Karaikudi and bought a 1hp CRI Sub for my home use and in my efforts to implement Tank Level controller I needed to have the schematic diagram for the pump control box. I tried to reach to your CRI technician Mr. Pondiyarajan as adviced by the CRI agent for Karaikudi Ramakrishna Agency but I got only some cryptic images in whatsap that is not clear and when I asked for a clear circuit diagram I never got back anything and it has been nearly couple of months already. I chased all these people a few times but finally got tired so thoguth I could get things done easily thru Internet these days than with people (!) though it must be the other way around, unfortunately Technology has put the people to snooze it seems.

I had earlier used Kirloskar Sub for my garden and only since their service is awful that I went to CRI this time hoping that CRI will give a better customer experience but I am yet to see that.

After installing the new pump,it shows FDR error-not functioning.The authorized service person says no water in the bore well.The new bore well was drilled four days before.The next day,I took the pump to the authorized service person.He just marked 1-19 numbers on the rings thru MARKER PEN ,did not opened the pump to find the fault,took somewhere and returned as working well.He has not serviced the pump.The next day the same problem occurs. I want replacement of the new pump which is not used for a week continuously.

The motor is carrying 32 amperes. The wire of panel is burning again and again.Once the motor was sent to service center.There hi did no work in the motor and returned.The dealer is saying that service people are not making motor, so what should i do now. hope you can sort it out.

The products sold by Cri is fake. I have purchased a 1.5 single phase motor 2 month ago this, is motor shorted and not work.

I have purchased CRI pump on 2.3.20 vide bill no.5944 SRE, Malviya Nagar Delhi 17 & even not used for more than 10 minutes in a day and It is burnt.

Toll free no. is not working. Service contact person no. Provided by supplier but was told to register your complaint online. What to do? I was least interested in this pump but supplier insisted to buy with two year warranty. Its very bad.

Hi, I have purchased a pressure motor in Dec 2018. It's not functioning properly. Water is coming with force for around three mins. After that I will not come for more than 30 mins. Plumbers are not aware to work on the pressure motor. Kindly suggest me what to do on this?

Very bad service. solar and Cri motor both are not working. It is guarantee period.

We have 3 HP submersible pump from CRI. It has given Fdr error on the switch penal. It is rainy season, enough water is there, water comes within 15 sec after motor is made on, with V-230, while running- V-200. Till yesterday it was fine.
