We are using Nissan micra xv dci diesel, model 9.12. My car problem is coolent water mix with engine oil just average 5ml, what is the problem? give me answer and problem, also give spare part name.

As we approach kantipudi nissan at rajahmundry branch. they didn't sale spare part to outside customers. did the company sell spare parts to customers. is there any restrictions to the company in selling spare parts to customers. i want to meet the person who sells spare parts to customers. i want the contact details of the person who is controlling these person if they didn't respond properly.

My name is rameshkrishnan im from tamilnadu my mobile num is 9842716549, i bought a new Nissan micra active xvs petrol car on November 2015 its reg no is TN36AC8294, it was met with an accident on 31st may 2016 and the backside of whole car is damaged. I have given the car on june 1st 2016 to the service station at Rajeshwari Nissan at erode, tamilnadu, the service manager said as it just replacement only so u will get back your car within a week. After a week passed, I contacted him he said the spare parts are not yet arrived from head office hand it will take time for 10 days to deliver the car. After that 2 weeks went away and when I call him he said still the spares not arrived so pls wait for another 10 days. Now the said 10 days also gone but still they replied me again wait for another 10 days.

I don't understand i just bought a small car from u not a ship or plane then how can they say no spares available. If u have no spares available then windup your company don't play with customers. Customers are backbone of every business. If u not make them satisfied then u will not stand long life here.what kind of service you are providing to the customers we trusted your company and brought a car and this is the way you treat us. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will sue on the dealer to cancel the dealership.

My vehicle AP 09 EQ 3457, was given for Ist service and the service was pathetic. I found that the seats were not cleaned properly, windshield glass was not properly cleaned. I paid for teflon coating, where no clarity was given as only the exterior were done . I had no other go except to pay 3200 for the service.

Nissan is a reputed brand and such unprofessional people are spoiling the name of nissan. Vehicle is very good, but i am worried with for future services with the dealer. Think the manufacturer will involve to put better service in place.

Post service a person called srikanth calls and enquires about their service standards. He says that he has to come home and interview for 2 hours but due to lack of time he says, if the manufacturer calls, pl tell then that i have come home to take details. I asked him the details of Regional customer care details which he is not aware of, felt he is reluctant to give.

Sorry for the complaint but it pinches us so hard when we spend for the quality product and dont get service in return.

I had given my car to get repaired at Ritu Nissan Andheri East, Mumbai -72. When the vehicle was delivered to my home, it was found that my working Exide battery was replaced by Faulty Dead Amaron battery. When contacted, they said that they are checking the history and did not revert back. Its a shame on Ritu Nissan for doing such a thing. Nissan India - Please look into this kind of mismanagement.

I had changed injector at 19195km on 14/02/2017 at MLA Auto india Pvt.ltd siliguri. now again its a same problem on 21742km. this car i thought all parts from Nissan when i open wheel i see Renault company most of the parts. if i had known before i wouldn't buy this car, i am very upset with your product injector you have bought a car for Indian people so you need to think Indian road and fuel quality. i think you have manufacture problem on injector why don't you agree on that. it cant be every time fuel problem instead finding a solution you cant blame people. please sir look forward instead hiding the problem and need to solve this problem as soon as possible. your faithfully.

My name is R.B.S.Manian.I am an owner of Nisan Micra automatic, purchased from Nisan Marikaar, Trivandrum on Nov 2016.Car is on my wife's name Smitha. V.S. Vehicle no is KL 01. BZ 7333.

I would like to lodge my grievance against the service and warranty related issues experienced with the dealer on 14/04/18.

The car was sent for periodic service, when i went to collect it back, they said that both the rear side shock- absorbers and the battery were defective. They had replaced the shock-absorbers and the battery replacement was on going. Since my car on warranty period, they said nothing to be paid. The battery which used for replacement was not a charged one, So i took my car with the old battery and went to the dealer again on 17/04/18 for battery replacement as per their requirement. On that time, they changed their word that i have to pay half of the battery cost.

This Micra has been purchased one and a half year back, only crossed 15,000 KM and only used in the city limit of Trivandrum. Its a wonder that both the shock-absorbers and the battery fail in such a short period in a carefully handled car. If these things fails with in this short period, Nissan has to take the responsibility and why should i pay?

The answer from the dealer in case of battery was not satisfactory. As per them, the battery installed is from Hitachi, which is not a good one and recently been replaced by other manufacture. In that case, Nisan has to bare the cost of the new battery in my case.

Regarding shock-absorbers, i have suspicion whether they have been really replaced or not.

I have two other cars, one Honda city and an Innova for the last 8 years in which, never experienced such issue. Please look in to this matter and expecting positive feedback soon.

Bad experience with a service center/dealer resolved by Nissan Customer Care.

My Nissan Terrano run around 60,000 Kms had the fuel injector and ABS indicators showing up astonishingly the very next day after service. Infact these issues were not present while handing over the vehicle to the service center for servicing.The dealers/service center failed to respond despite repeated verbal requests/mails, nor they were able to answer how such costly defects sprung up immediately a day after service!! Hence was compelled to write to Nissan Customer Care. There was an immediate response and within next five days the issue was resolved by the service center under the guidance/directions of Nissan Customer Care and its engineers and there were no cost implications on me.

I would like to complement that the promptness and honesty shown by Nissan Customer Care to resolve the issues are extraordinary and impeccable!! Wishing NISSAN all the success..!!

My Nissan Sunny stopped working, so i lodge a complaint and it was taken to Petal Nissan, Ahmedabad. Second day i received a call from workshop saying ECU got faulty which is too much costly and its price is Rs 90000/- but most of the customers prefer to get it repaired and its cost is Rs. 20000/- to 22000/- so i had a hot arguments with their adviser because it is not a small amount and i am facing issues in car every now and then. My car run only 30000 km in 6 years and it jumpers got faulty before 2 years and its estimate was 12000. So i think it is a failure and substandard quality product.

Now after my argument i agreed for repairing but i asked them to offer some discount so adviser told me ok sir i will discuss with our GM and confirm back with discount and within 5 minutes i got a call saying now we do not repair ECU and i have to get it replaced only..... So my question is if you do not repair it then why repairing cost given to me. If they do not repair it then why adviser told me that let me discuss with our GM and confirm back with discount.

Then i spoke on toll free number and they took adviser as well as GM online and adviser accepted that he said that it is repairable but his mean to say it is repairable outside not in company. So again my question is if it is repairable outside then why company has given me repairing estimate of Rs 20000/-. Secondly if local outsider repairs this part then why company refuses and insisting on part replacement which is of 90000/-.

This all clearly shows that company is working on mode to how to generate revenue from old customers to keep their Service department cost effective but not cost center.

This is clearly wrong way of dealing with customer that we do not repair such parts and customer has to get it replaced only. So it is a earning strategy from such huge giant brand name. I believe Japanese standards are very high in ethics but here Nissan India taking its disadvantage.

I need solution for the same on priority.

Hi Team Nissan,

I am an owner of Nissan Terrano since the last two years. This is to inform you about the poor quality of door locking system and the poor quality of service offered by Pinnacle Nissan in palakkad, Kerala state, India.

My strong notion is that the dealer (i.e. Pinnacle Nissan) and the technicians working under them do a fake service claim each time I do my service from and grab huge amount without doing a thorough evaluation by just finishing off with a simple wash and some oil and filter change.

My suspicion was confirmed when this time around after the service while on a trip to bangalore the door locking system got jammed and was rectified with great difficulty by the driver and getting help from dealer was out of question because we were in a remote place.

But to our utter dismay we got the shock of our lives when the door locks got jammed again today (24/ 9/ 2018) and this was a first in a lifetime issue before us because we had driven 3 different cars and nothing of this sort had ever happened. And when we called Pinnacle Nissan team, they were reluctant to send a technician saying that he was busy elsewhere. So finally with great difficulty again after help from a good samaritan doors got unlocked.

Another issue was that of the radio. After the service the radio did not work and we are yet to report this and show the door lock problem due to time constraints. I also felt that the windscreen wipers were never checked during the service.

Yet another problem that I noticed was the hazard light system, which is of poor quality. There is a delay after the switch is on and did not work properly at all from the beginning. But now it is even worse though they should have sensed it in the service.

There were many other issues from the beginning when we purchased the car from the agency who claimed many things but did not fulfill any.

I do own a Nissan in dubai but the quality of material used in the cars here in India and the quality of service is atrocious and non comparable to dubai standards.

I do hope Nissan does solve this problem in right earnest.

I had given my car to paid sevice at Vignesh Nissan Puducherry -605 008. When the vehicle was delivered to my home, it was found that my working Amaron battery was in dead condition as fault was already informed to service person. When contacted, they said that they are checking the history and did not revert back even after 35 days. 1 person from central customer care was contacted me told that it was attended immediately in 2 days but till was not resolved. Its a shame on Total Nissan family for doing such a thing. Nissan India - Please look into this kind of mismanagement and costumers dissatisfaction .

We had purchased our car NISSAN TERRANO -XL in october 2016 from Nissan showroom, Gurgaon, disbursing full amount at the time of procurement. We had also purchased the extended warranty for our car as an additional coverage. We have complied with all service requirements till date.Since last 1 month, there has been problems with starting ignition of our car and it has visited your workshop on five occasions, kept for multiple days, fiddled with different parts and returned back to us undiagnosed with the problem persisting.Despite undergoing severe mental trauma, emotional harassment and financial loss, we have been patient and trusting you with your capabilities. We have been driving a dangerously malfunctioning car, putting our lives at risk having false reassurances from you that the car is fine. But now we feel that we have been cheated by the company and are extremely traumatised by the reckless, casual and improficient approach from a reputed company like NISSAN and its service employees. Let us put some straight facts about the problems in brief-

Our car was picked up on 25th august 2018 for problem with starting the car. We were told its battery needs to be replaced and we need to pay INR Rs 3750 for the new battery.We immediately complied.Our car was taken to service station and returned saying that the problem had been sorted.We trusted you...
On 28th August, again there was a problem of smoke coming out of the bonnet and the car was taken to nissan vertex , checked and returned with reassurance.

On 6th september , our car again didn't start and it was picked up. Both of us took a leave from work especially for this, spent nearly 2 hrs at nissan vertex and We were informed that the reprogramming was required-it had been done and it's going to be fine henceforth . Again, We trusted you.

On 14th september again , the car had a starting issue, and stopped suddenly while one of us (Dr Gunjan) was driving in the middle of the Gurgaon Manesar highway. She averted a fatal accident . The car was again taken to nissan vertex . You then came up with a lame excuse that the poor petrol quality was the reason . We fail to understand that all the other cars on the Indian roads run in a good condition with the same fuel supplied , why is it that our car is having same problem repeatedly ? (Please note that we have been getting filled our other car from the same petrol station for years). Again we trusted you. Anyways, the fuel tank was cleaned by you. You asked us to pay Rs 2000 for the new fuel as that would be required for test drives-we again complied readily. The car was kept in the workshop for 2 days. We were assured that everything is in place-we hoped despite having serious doubts about the reason brought out. All this time , while the car was with you , We were neither provided an alternative vehicle nor was any compensation given.
Again on 28th september the car didn't start and was taken to the workshop yet another time . We wish to remind you that the car is not even 2 yrs old and we are facing such a menace .The agony of putting our lives in jeopardy ,while driving in such a situation can't be put into words.

We are doctors , who can't depend on taxis for commuting. It's quite strange and annoying that yesterday our car was taken to nissan vertex and on my wife's (Dr Gunjan's) enquiry today , you informed her that you are unable to solve the problem at your end and hence Nissan people are being involved now for the car issue. You are also offering her reimbursement of her taxi fares which you didn't write but assured her on the telephone.

All these is height of professional laxity and misconduct. We expect a reputed company such as Nissan to make urgent arrangements to replace our malfunctioning car with a brand new car. We strongly feel that we were provided with a refurbished or a defective car which has already given us enough mental trauma.
I hope someone takes action.

Hi, I bought a new datsun redi go from hosur marvell Nissan traders, first they said will done your registration as permanent so I have paid my whole amount except 7000, but they said government holidays and rto problem. etc... Story...then they done my temp registration and they said later we are going to do permanent registration so pay the remaining amount, then I paid 7000, also till now they telling same issue its almost 4 moths gone, I don't know when they ll register, bank people are asking me the paper and insurance copy and dealer is not ready to register. Now I need to do my registration with one day.. if they not done I return my car. Refund my whole amount. From marvell Nissan hosur, tamilnadu

My self maharoof , using(Nissan Micra KL 17 L 6413) model car with deep regreat I am stating that I had a bad experinence with regards to the services you are offered to the customer . I spotted my vehicle in your service center for the issues related to the movement of that car in a couple of months back . I was unable to strat the car was the issue I am facing .it was happened immediatly after flood .your executive advise me to cahnge all the parts and put the same on flood affected case hence ,I am able to get the insurance benefits . They give a quation for RS 120000 without checking vehicle ,and I refuse the offer hence it is not affected by the flood .then I took sujession form a mechanic and I ask the service center to clean fuel injector ,then they are able to start the vehicle after one and half month research of finding the issue. Before finding the issue they changed all oils and one Matt costed 7000K instead that they putt bill for 22000K . During the settlement I clearly mention that the car is not to be there in flood effected band. Now I came to understood that the car is listed as flood related. It cause me a huge loss in resale. It is ridicules to see a reputed firm like you, taking the advantages of flood. Please avoid this type of un proper behaviors and kindly consider this issue and do the need full to remove the vehicle from the list. Consider this has a humble request and don’t force us to face it on legally.

I am Dr. Zuha Ahmed. I have given my car Datsun go for servicing at NISSAN SERVICE CENTRE SAHIBABAD on 1-09-2019! My dealer was Mr. Pradeep. My complaint was regarding the indicator of light which was indicating malfunction of engine! There were other problems also which i explained there to dealer Mr. Pradeep!

After taking huge amount of Rs. 24000 approx for whatever issues i told him he said my car is ready the next day! And while i was taking my car back home the same issue started again! Here is clip of my car indicating that light attached! I don’t understand you people are fooling customers or what u people do for servicing what material you use! If u can’t use the original products for clearing issues don’t take the big amount then!

I am highly disappointed! I want my issue to be solved as soon as possible!

I had purchased Nissan kicks xv petrol model in august 2019. I was told nissan was offering 3yrs nissan care '0' maintenance package for its 1st 10000 customers, during my fist service in 09-08-2020 i was told by the service center 'ETCO NISSAN' situated in Turbhe MIDC Navi Mumbai that the nissan care was seen in their system and subsequently got my free service done there after nominal payment of Rs.2408/- for weight used during wheel balancing and Alignment & some other consumables.

Now on 27-08-2021 I had given my car for 2nd free service at ETCO NISSAN turbhe service center, but this time they said they are unable to find nissan care free maintenance package in their system. I have contacted ETCO NISSAN showroom at nerul but no response, my car is lying in the service center since 27-08-2021 till today 30-08-2021 with no feedback on the issue from the nissan's sales team, I have been told the NISSAN CARE '0' maintenance scheme for 3yrs is not active in my case..how can this be possible, when while purchasing NISSAN KICKS XV PETROL I was told this 0 maintenance nissan care scheme is inbuilt for first 10000 Nissan Kicks customers from Nissan company.How can they back track from their commitment Really feel cheated and taken for a ride. Hope Nissan India takes notice, especially inspite of so many bad feedback from people, I still chose to go with Nissan

I, Praveen Kumar owner of Nissan Terrano UP16AR 7190 write this note to you highlighting the series of events that have been no less than harassment from all perspectives. For obvious reasons I wanted the ordeal to get over and for me to narrate this. While this is still to complete I wanted to explain the story objectively

1. My car was sent to Neo Nissan Noida for routine service and this was returned without washing and cleaning, and I had a complain of pick up missing.
2. This was fed back to Neo Nissan within 6 hours of delivery and they suggested a team will visit to remediate.
3. The team came in next morning and they said there is a problem as the car has a warning light comeup.
4. Important to note this was neither in my complain, not in any observation from Neo Nissan of any problem of this kind.
5. There is no reasons= why this should not be attributed to Neo Nissan as ones who created this.
6. Ironically Neo Nissan treid explaining this is nothing to do with service which I disagree.
7. They said the high pressure pump is an issue and this was previously changed in my car back in 2018.
8. The spare part that was changed again developed an issue and it is indeed an expensive part.
9. All I was told is that this part will be repaired by Nissan authorised supplier.
10. Neo Nissan missed 3 date commitments and finally delivered my car on 02nd Dec.
11. I called up Neo Nissan and asked them explicitly that should they have any concerns with the car I need to know and they confirmed none.
12. I started for a road trip on 08th Dec and after about 190 Kms my car started missing and warning signals came up.
13. I called RSA and was on call for one hour and no response.
14. It was early morning and the car kept moving at a balanced speed and by gods grace I was able to reach Lucknow.
15. Drove into Dream Nissan who did a test drive and after about 2 hours they declared the high pressure pump is an issue and needs replacement.
16. Right fom 12 PM to 7 PM I had to run pillar to post to sort out the liaision between Dram Nissan Lucknow, Neo Nissan Noida and Nissan regional office.
17. I was with luggage loaded and family moving in workshop and it was an epitome of harassment.
18. No sense of responsibility and ownership from Nissan and I was left with family on way to Gaya stranded in Lucknow with still 600 kms to cover.
19. Finally Nissan disagreed to provide me accomodation, transportation and any sirt of support.
20. They declined owning the premature failure of their component which is in no service schedule marked as requiring replacement every 2 - 3 years.
21. At 7 PM I was told car will take 3-4 days as the part needs to be be ordered.
22. I took a taxi from Lucknow to Gaya and travlled 9 hours to reach my destination crossing some horrific travel and scary routes.
23. Now Nissan is expecting me to get a driver back to Lucknow or come over to collect which I am doing as I have had enough.

Why should
1. Nissan not compensate for a premature failure of their expensive spare part.
2. It was a problem introduced by Nissan which I never complained and neither did they observe while delivering my car.
3. There is no assurance from a company who claims to be competing with the best in the industry
4. Why should a legal suit not be filed against Nissan for harassment of me and my family mid way on my trip.
5. This is a fundamental service standard that is most rudimentary expectation. Most unexpected of a global brand thats worse than local.
6. Why should I not go out and share this experience with core stakeholders. Auto portals, magazines, social media.

By the way my car is still in Lucknow and I have already spent INR 15000 travelling by taxi, paid INR 52280 for replacement of my spare part and still more to go with arrangement of the driver / transportation. This is all over and above the tremendous amount of harassment and problems my family and I had to undertake.

I am consulting the right parties to get straigt on my options with consumer laws with this incident. I will be moving to the above communication modes out to the social media very soon in absence of a convincing compensation. Happy to share the details should you need any specifics.

Sub- Refund AMC amount due to pathetic and unprofessional Service.

This is a complaint email I'm writing to you to help me to come out of the situation because of the Service done by Nissan (Datsun) service center . After Next Days i want to start my Car its Showing Engine Not Working already inform to service executive , he will told i will pick up car day after tomorrow , After than no one call me and No pick up the car , after escalating agree to pick up car in next day but no one call and still car issue not resolve .

I have already taken AMC Plan for service , but this kind of service not expected from Nissan, Kindly refund my AMC amount ( after deduction of service charges )

Pathetic service and response . Dont care for customer. Really disappointed.

My all service issue still pending after service. It is really pathetic and unprofessional way the showrooms of Nissan service center
