Hi Jio.

I recharge for 2gb per day Rs.498 with my jio coupon Rs.50, when I recharge I get only 1.5gb, help before it activate, recharge was done on 25/08/2018 and my jio no. 7005461889, thanks.

Since 30 June 2018 I was tried to recharge jio balance by online. But unfortunately my balance not come and my 1197 rs in account balance was cut. So it's my request to jio company. pls return my 1197 rupees in my bank account. If u have any confusion. so pls call me. Thanks.

Before recharge jio says all calls are free But after few days it says.. We notice that your Jio number 8840850839 is being misused to make abnormally high number of outgoing calls. This is a violation of the terms and conditions under which the services are being provided. Please take immediate action to discontinue such misuse, failing which your free voice services on this number will be curtailed / discontinued without any further notice.

What is this. What is my money price. Is it free.. do I earn for jio to loot... it's not faithful.

Jio is totally a bulshit. Customer care service is fkn bad a**holes are there. I have registered my net speed problem so many times. But they just tell me "it will be good in 60 day" now when i call after 60 days they say 120 days.

Bc janta ko Chutiya samjh rkha h. Paise free me are h jo itna wait krne ke baad bhi same problem face krke recharge krwa rhe h ham sab. Chutiya jio thye just never care anyone. They are just too much selfish. Apni jeb bharli to ab logo ki netspeed pe koi dhyaam ni. Hat bc.

During the month of August 2018, I experienced very much disappointed on service. Whole of month, I had your connectivity both internet and phone only very few days. Not more than ten days in whole month. Initially, I thought it will be knowing to you automatically, you will resolve automatically. But You did not turn on the connectivity for more than 15 days. Only 16th day I have complained and immediately your person attended and replaced the disconnected cable and set right the fault. Then after two days it went off. Then after complaint only you have set right the connectivity.

Then I thought you will continuously watching connectivity and data etc. automatically, the bill will be raised by reducing proportionately. Though I have taken but ultimately without connectivity how can i use your data. On request the person who came on line said that he can waive only meagre amount say for four days.

If you don't justifiably reduce the bill amount, kindly withdraw your meagre amount of waiver and immediately let me withdraw my connection on payment dues as on date including part payment till tomorrow. Hope you will not trouble me further.

In my jio tv D Sport is not working. Please solve my problem. Jio no: 9381777176.

I have been complaining since 1 year about slow internet connectivity but they say we are trying hard to optimise your network and network quality remains the same my mobile no is 8787275238 and i live in jhansi.

I have taken a new jio phone but with in 3 months only it have problem. i have taken to jio store but they saying it is not in warranty. when i am taking the phone at that time the have said me u can return the phone within 3 years but now he was not taking my phone. i have said to repair the phone but he was telling me u have to pay the amount he was telling that we cant take the phone return if u have to return he was telling u have to 1500 extra amount the company is correct but the agent is not doing there work correct.

Agent name is 1)Sridhar, 2)Prasad. The branch is in Ms Towers 4th floor Nirmal ts.

Providing net is OK, what about network, till now the network was not so bad like this but now a days it had become too bad. Plz provide net connection with best network connection.

I do 3 time complete to customer care but dont solve my problem, in my villages all jio customers face network problem but company not take any action.

I hate jio.

I am tarun rawal from Mathura, Uttar pradesh near radha valley. There was a jio tower does not connectivity work here only the tower they built in her location but they promise that the tower started to 30 august but they are fake promise. The custom care supervisor tell me that your problem sort out in few days but does not work please sort out my problems.

My jio phone is warranty period. jio phone speaker problem solved 1st time jio service center. then whose jio phone 2nd time that speaker problem and not accepted. my problem is not solved. please solved them.

I am from uklana mandi 125113 haryana. Jio store workers did not help me. I have a jio phone. I bought it in March 2018. It is not charging properly. I show the phone to jio phone operators but they ignore me any time. I am going to jio store for 1 month. Please take an action on it.
