When i bought the printer from Raipur i was told i will get free ink delivery.
Canon service is very very bad
Dear Canon,
I had purchased a canon all in one printer with naaptol online service. The online order number is 43556350, Name of Srinivasarao, Ram nagor colony Yellamanchilli (p.o)&(m.d), Vishakapatnam(d.t), Andhra pradesh(s.t), Pin code number is 531055. This peace was received on 07.01.2018. After 16.01.2018. I had Operate this peace It is not given any print. After that I had given a complaint to Global service point at Vishakapatnam. They had sent there service person name of G.sathish on 26.02.18 at around 9.00 p.m to yellamanchilli. He check the printer and he told to me that there is no a spring in this printer at printing point. He told to me in this model printer have not any spares in any market. It is peace to peace change printer. Spares is not available in the market. After that I would talk to Naaptol officials. They told to me that you should sent to this peace New Delhi service center (at ashok vihar). I would try to sent this New Delhi, the service persons asked to me Rs.800.00 for parcel service purpose. After that I took to naptal officials they told to me first you pay the money(800.00 rs) to parcel service persons and you will send that bill copy to our service persons with your account details after that they will deposited that same amount in your account.
The parcel service person told to me that so many peace (different kinds off) we sent to the New Delhi Address. Some people fight to us because that peace is not reached which peace was sent to by them. After that I had given to this printer at Globle service point at Visakhapatanam. They had sent a request for your Canon customer service. Your people was asking to them for Original Bill copy. The Naaptol persons not given to me any original bill copy. they had given to me a xerox copy bill. How will i gave the Original purchased bill. It is not possible.
At that Order time had seen a Add in my television with phone number. I call to Naptol ADD person they asked to me What is your name (srinivasa rao) and p.h no(9704425619) and Address. After that they had sent to a massage with Order number(435563) to my cell phone. That's all. In this long time (from 07.01.2018 to till date(18.08.2018)) I had not use this printer a single copy print.
So your service is very very very bad. For example You have gave some money some 'X' with account pay Cheque. After 6 months that person told to you That I had not received any money from you. What do you do?. You should show your Bank statement (same Position in my problem That your people will talk to Naaptol persons and show the Order Number and Check the details. But your people asked me Original Bill copy. what is this nuisance?
The Naaptol ad persons Cheating customers because when they would talk to customers. They must told to customers this model spares are not available in market. But They are not tell to customers.
So you are thief and your seller (naaptol online company) is also thief and robbers.

I bought Canon G2000 last 8 month ago but unfortunately error occur. The error code 21,40, 21. I have never been here su h a error. Scanner not working black dark line or belt
I have bought a new Canon pixma G 2012 on 10th May 2019 from flipkart omnitech Dealer but I did not satisfy this printer. Xerox coming poor printing and when I use scan copy option I get black dark belt approximately 6 inch on paper and same thing when I have use scanner to scan document black vertical lines (dark belt) appear on the image. Cartage also not good and Dealer provide me G 2010 Canon EOS Utility software CD package not original G 2012 model please attend and service to my product or replace new printer or refund my money.

My complain no is CSP/20220801/2952956 but till date my complain remains stands. when i contact your authorised partner mr. aman kumar mob. no 6200844334 thereafter he is not interested to resolve my complain and his behavior is rude. he ask me that if u direct contact me than i resolve your complain and he
