I bought Nokia 6, 3 months back. Now all of sudden it down key started not working. So i went to nokia service center Mapusa, Goa. And they said tge problem is minor n can b covered under warranty. Now its almost 1 month passed, they are not returning my phone nor they are answering my phone calls properly. Mostly they keep me on hold for 5-6 mins. Or they give different reasons n not returning my phone. I will wait for one more month or else will go to consumer court. Thank u.

My phones flash light is not very strong, pictures are not clear in low light. What to do?

The products of this company are good for nothing, just bought Nokia 7 plus on 25 July 2018 it develop problems, worst kind of services in the sector, the customer care never responds to your calls. Only waste of money and time. Since last 12 days the product is at service center.

I have purchased Nokia 7 plus, but I think I have lost my money. I am waiting when Nokia launch Nokia 7 plus, but it trash my dream.

1. The Main problem is that it suddenly hang. I have to force shutdown to restart.
2. Sometimes when u put charger, while charging if u try to operate the phone it again hang.

Nokia is class one bogus company, stay away from it.

I m purchase Nokia 150 in March 2018. After 3 months heating and switch off my mobile. I contact the shop where purchase the mobile and repyer and return many times and again and again but problem not solved.

I have purchased one handset of nokia by onlin(Shopclues) Order ID:129930267 dt. 20-10-2017(Invoice No.RE/SC/12447) ant said product is different like batery and charger with handset also with so many problem. But Nokia Care of Ranagjat Nadia WB of India do not want entertain. Please do something.

Very bad experience. I purchased Nokia 1 today and charger is not working. Shopkeeper denied to change the charger. I am 51 years old lady. Nokia should quit from this field. Do not purchase Nokia.
