I was booking train ticket on 19./4/18 from Mumbai to Nasik for 22/4/18 and paid Rs 305 by HDFC Credit card but no ticket issued nor any message on my phone about ticket booking.

Tried to contact all the customer number no RESPONSE. How i will get back my money???

I booked a ticket from vizag to delhi on 15th april. Money got deducted from icici acount but no ticket, they said transaction failed and they will refund. Nobody is answering the call n no refund. I will file an fir.

I booked 2 return tickets separately from Mumbai to Bangkok for Salim Kachwala and Saifuddin Kachwala between 8.40am and 9.20 am on Saturday 7th morning.

My credit card ending 7526 of HDFC Bank has been debited with Rs 18715 & Rs 18715 twice but I still haven't received any ticket. Please send immediately.

I tried booking tkt in name of Sagar Baran Mandal from Gwahati to Kolkata on 10/8/2018. Ticket was not issued and amount deducted. Amt Rs.5940.00 was deducted from my BOI a/c no 424712105012639 on 13/8/2018 but booking was not communicated. None of your customer care number are available for communication. Urgently revert what to do next.

I tried to book ticket from (Muscat) Muscat to Hyderabad on 12.11.2018, the amount of 125.93 Riyal Omani deducted from my debit card but ticket not booked, i did not received any confirmation mail, trip ID and confirmed ticket, but I received the message on computer screen that transaction failed please try once again and enter the debit card details for the payment. I feared and I didn’t enter the card details once again. Later I told my brother to book the ticket with his debit card from India, and he booked the ticket successfully.

After that i tried to contact on toll free customer care no to ask regarding the failed transaction to get the refund but i don’t have any trip id so i am unable to lodge my complaint. My India contact no. is+91-9848811620 and Oman contact no is +968-99204510. Kindly refund my amount immediately. Please respond.

Appalling Customer Service.

I booked four one way tickets. Due to death in the family, I wanted to see if I cancel a couple of tickets. When I contacted their support team via live chat, I was advised that since the flight was re-scheduled I was entitled for a full refund. So, I went ahead and cancelled all four tickets. I received a partial refund of rs. 1708 instead of the amount I was promised. Please note, I paid approx. Rs. 16000 for four tickets. When I called a couple of days later I was advised that the airline has declined the refund as the flight was only advanced by 10mins. I spoke to the consultant and advised that due to their misinformation I cancelled four tickets instead of two and now stand to loose the entire money to the airlines, thereby the airline and cleartrip profiting for no fault of mine and insisted that they honour their mistake and provide the full refund.

After going back and forth and several follows, from my end, Cleartrip Supervisor advised that he would make a full refund. I requested an email confirming the same. I received the email the next day, confirming that the full refund would be processed and that it would take 5-7 working days for the money to hit my account. The promised amount has not been transferred till now.

I called yesterday 27/11/2018 at 5.27pm, was promised a call back within 4 hours from the supervisor who sent the email confirming full refund, did not receive any call. I called this morning at 8.09am, and was promised a call back within 2hrs...nothing happened. I called back at 1.23pm and was on the call for 33mins 29 secs insisting that I need to speak to the supervisor or his manager and will not hang up until I have a response. I was hung up on. I called back at 2:04pm, was promised a call back within 1hr and now it's 5.41pm and have not received a call back.

I was told that there is only one contact number for the entire organization and that is 9595333333. They say they cannot transfer the call as the person who dealt with my issue is in Delhi and they do not have internal transfer facility. That is a joke!!! They refuse to transfer the call to the supervisor who committed to refunding the amount. The call center refuses to provide me any contact details and all that I have is the above number. I have been told the same thing over and over again.

No one wishes to take accountability, responsibility and ownership to provide me an update or even call me back as a matter of courtesy.

I have sent an email to their customer support team, but wondering if there will be a response. If every staff in the organization I have spoken to did not take ownership of the issue I wonder what kind of response I am going to get for an email I sent. Let's see if there is one person in the organization that can own up to this issue and resolve it for me!!

Why isn't an organization as big as yours not publishing your complaints escalation process? Why isn't there a dedicated team to manage client complaints, rather than the Call Centre staff making empty promises regarding call backs?

I need one dedicated point of contact and person, so I know what is going on.

Ticket for Bangalore - Jabalpur return flight -- Trip ID 190212321116 , which was cancelled on 12th Feb 2019, but the refunded amount is yet (as on 12th March 2019) not reflecting in the account from which booking was done. Kindly do the refund as early as possible.

I booked my flight 24 hour ago and until now i have not gotten my ticket. My credit card was debited and when i try to call the customer service nobody is answering. Why is that and yet you have stated that your customer service is 24 hrs service. Its so disappointing.
