Recently I purchased 4 tupperware goodie boxes. Due to big size and quality of the product I wanted to return those products. But pepperfry customercare people are not ready to take these products back to their warehouse.In the reason of return there is option 'Placed by mistake'. If I try to return through online and select this reason 'PLACED BY MISTAKE' System does not allow me to return this. Not only this option, through website none of the option works for returning. If you dont want to take product back then why did you put return policy. You say directly that return policy is no there even if users are not satisfied with this product.Why are you cheating customers. Do the needful to take these 4 tupperware goodie boxes back.

I ordered products including a wall decorative clock bearing order no. 301212722 & 301211921. The product i received was damaged and broken. I immediately contacted Pepperfry customer service about the problem and asked for replacement or a refund. I was told i will be notified about the return procedure shortly. Several days have passed since but no one has contacted me. This is not a professional attitude of Pepperfry.

I had ordered 2 ergonomic chairs by Emperor on 26th April 2016. 1 chair was delivered yesterday (10th May 2016). There is no information regarding the second one. A tel. No. Was given along with the message to contact the person delivering but no one is answering. I have paid for two chairs but I received only one. Awaiting your reply and hoping that my seco d chair will be delivered assoon as possible.

Out of the 4 chairs that we had ordered, one was found defective after opening the packaging. The seat cushion is smaller than the seat frame, which leaves a half inch gap between the cushion and the frame which is giving an untidy and crude appearance to the product. Complaint regarding the same was made to the customer care number as well, but no concrete solution was forthcoming. Kindly get the product replaced at the earliest.
