Dear Flipkart,

I have been trying to place buy orders but every time it asks for an email id to send invoice. I type in my email id (mail.malinim @gmail.com ) it says email id already exists and not able proceed with the order placement.

What could I do if email already exists, this is my only email id. Because of not being able to place orders the product is either stocked out or price increases. Also when I tried mailing the issue form the mobile application an error message comes up telling not able to mail. And no other option of call back pops up.

Please help to resolve this issue so I could buy things from you. Call me if it helps resolve the issue faster 8496963723.

Delivery is not good. if u was pay before receive ur product that time delivery boy ask u for other charges so don't pay before product is not here.

Dear flipkart, I have orderd redmi note 5 pro by paying online rs 14999.My order id is OD112572718100024000 on 13th jun, 2018. I cancelled this order. And i see refund will be refunded in 1 working day but 1 working day are passed but my (payment) refund is not refunded.

If i buy laptop battery but it does not work on my laptop, so will flipkart will refund me.

My order number is OD112579933862214000, this is a 1.5 ton window AC which was delivered on time i.e 15-june. However as per flipkart terms AC installation process need to be done by flipkart only unless sellers warranty will lapse. Installation process need to complete by 17th june but I didn't get any information regarding installation. When I informed this to Flipkart customer service they declined to accept complain with reason that I have to wait till 17-june EOD.

After this time I raised complain again and they mentioned your complain may resolve by 21st june. However I still didn't get any information regarding this. I am paying interest on EMI of this AC and bought this with the expectation that they will install this by Sunday.

Things are not going as per commitment I also know they will not help me till 21st June because still they are not sharing status of my complain. I need action against them this is the situation when I am paying installation charges.

Flipkart is a very good brand but when how they were attach with shameful and worst seller. they will delivered anytime wrong items without verify themself and waste our time and own time also.

I waited all day for bag pack delivery but when I tried to track my order I got a message regarding order cancelled, I didn't cancel my order then what was the problem that my order was cancelled. I am very angry with Flipkart. If company didn't wanted to deliver my order then why Flipkart show me a backpack in app. I'm very angry right no I want my delivery back please I want that bag pack it is necessary for me.
