@mi. Very worst experience, very bad and arrogant people in Service centre, Nashik, Maharashtra India, can't recommend anyone MI Phone, even call centre people also irresponsible.

I have redmi note 5 pro and when i use mobile data and go to theme app then select a particular theme then its not open and not download. if i use wifi its work perfectly so what should i do? i call on customer service no. Also they say uh clear all data in theme setting i do and they say reset your phone i have done but still i face this problem, so what should i do please help me.

I have purchased two days back Redmi 5A @ Sangeeth Mobiles, Sahakar nagar, Bangalore.

From day one onwards, there is problem of “10 Seconds delay wake-up while receiving incoming calls & by the time of Device on as well “ . I have given the device in your customer care also. They also not given any solution, as simply they updated new software. But, my problem is not resolved.
