I bought eon 5 ceiling fan a week ago. Now it start crack sound from 2 of them. kindly replace those 2 fan.

My complaint no 33923 not sort out .it is pending from 7months. I have complaint so Manny times but no response from your side.what I have to do.

Please solve our ceiling fan problem in last one month.

I have complaint for 2 fans regarding the speed (not going to one level down, at 4 they become much slower) and to repair that a person was allocated. He tried his best but not able to resolve the problem. I talked back to customer care and told the situation, it was suggested that to replace the fans. The technical person told he will come with his senior and will check and do the best they can.

Now the person comes (RAVI TIWARI - head technical) and from beginning without checking the problem he announced that fans are ok and our company tells that they will run on top speed and the fans are so. When I asked then who will control the fan speed if we have tried all other regulator and then also the speed is not controlled then what to do. He was not at the point to listen and start arguing we cannot change the fan and in support given silly example.

My main point to focus is if a customer is facing some problem the support team should corporate and solve the matter not to argue and misbehave with customer. This leads to your company down. company should take action against this type of cases.

And thanks to customer care that now my 2 fans are changing. Thanks.

Very displeased to be sharing it like this on this page as a helpless Eon customer buy mistake happened to buy this companys product.its one of the worst company ever to have come across.there sales /service/customer service all are in pathetic shape.plz would suggest all not to buy any product from this company even if offered free.ever since I bought 30 geysers from them IV had problems with the coil. not even 2 years they lasted and blame it on hard water. how pathetic.

Complaint several times for service only one guy called Seetharam handles everything from karnataka. how ridiculous can they be and for Seetharam wat an idiot he is. guys like him should be placed in Zoo. one guy heads every thing in Karnataka he says service guy... never comes on time to service. come on Eon grow up today's world even a beggar has an online account. a cobbler services /response online. What a big mistake to have had experience with Eon... plz sharing warning each and every one of you to be aware.

The geyser does not warm water here. There is no movement in the current situation. Have faced too much trouble. Please contact as soon as possible. My no.9571975822.

Very sorry to say that I have been complaining about cracking sound from my newly purchased Eon fan since 2 years but neither the company nor the dealer is responding sensibly in the case. Such a pure wastage of money by purchasing Eon product when customer is unable to get satisfied service. Do not know what happened to my complaint no. 61495 dtd. 31.10.19. Almost 2 years now and I am facing the same problem. Kindly respond.
