I beg to say that my train booking is not confirmed, so please refund my money back in to my bank account.

I made the booking on 12may for Delhi to Amritsar and from Amritsar to Delhi. Amount has been been deducted but I have not received tickets... plz chk.

I am trying to contact you in the mentioned number(9595333333) many times from yesterday, It never connected(always busy with other customer).Very poor and bad customer support and service.

I have received message from Spice jet that flight number SG 8561 is cancelled due to bad weather at cochin and cochin airport will be closed up to 28-08-2018 .

And my tickets are booked from 19-08-2018 and return on 28-08-2018.

It is the inconvenience happened due to the bad weather condition and please refund my full amount by cancelling the tickets.

I had intially booked 5 Tickets for my family members by Go Air-in Flight No. G8-141 Scheduled to travel on 25/12/2018 well in advace (i.e. 04/07/2018) and allotted with PNR No. Subsequently on 19/11/12, amongst the total 5 family members, I had requested for cancellation of 02 tickets and accordingly received Cancellation PNR No. WBLDQA via SMS by GoAir-in. Since then,inspite of my serval calls to Cleartrip Call Centre and uptill now, I am not getting any response for my quires regarding refund of amount. As informed by CC of GoAir-in, I am suppose to get my refund amount within 07 to 14 days as the transaction is done by me through my official Internet Banking A/c. It appear that the Cleartrip Call centre does not give correct Contact Nos. on its Web Page or it is Not an Authorised Agency,either.

Sorry to say but my one time experience with clear trip customer care was so bad that i will remember this my whole life. their personals are not at all able to answer my refund query and till toady they are not picking up my calls.... all the time i call n use to hear is our customer care executives are busy with some other customer.

This is the worst experience i had faced from cleartrip, i had cancelled my ticket and after so many trials they didn’t refund the money back.. also initially the call was not done, all the numbers provided are fake. please avoid going from cleartrip.

Sir, i had booked my ticket from Srinagar to Chandigarh on 18th june.there is message from cleartrip that yur booking is not successful and they send me a message yur money will be refund in 7 to 8 working days.I m trying to contact on their customercare no but its continuously busy and no positive response. Today is 1Aug it's about one and half month my money is not refunded. Its really very bad experience with cleartrip. Its my humble request to clertrip please refund my money as soon as possible.Regards!

Clear trip dont give refund money after cancelling flight, dont book any ticket from clear trip.

I have booked my ticket yesterday and I have confirmed with the trip ID through messag. But I am not able to login to get my ticket as I am getting error. Kindly assist me on this.
