It seems there is no customer service for OPPO, today when i tried to call the customer services for some information guess happen...even though I have selected right option i.e. 1 for English it got routed to some other language i.e. Marathi and the girl sitting there is saying she cannot understand English and I should try after an hour or two.

When I insisted for her manager she spoke Loud in Marathi (guess some slang) n hanged. Wow.. what a people u have OPPO... that exactly show the culture of a company and people who are working with you. It's an eye opening for me.

The phone was bent and because of that the screen was also cracked and the service executive was misbehaving with us.

BCCI plz remove the banner of oppo from the indian cricket t-shirts as the company is behaving and they were even not listening to our talks. so plzz further take care of it..

I want to inform you that I'm very unhappy with your services. I will explain you everthing in detail why I'm telling this.

Recently I gifted my girl friend oppo f5 the newly launched phone. I will send you the original invoice too. I took the phone from Narang store and its in Ashok marg, Lucknow.

As soon as my girlfriend Anushka started using the phone she started struggling with its battery backup. This phone shows a battery backup of 3200 mah but doesn't even last for 2 hours once the phone is completely charged. If the phone is not getting used at all then too the battery drains down to 50 percent in a hour. The shop keeeper said if anything happens to phone in one month I will directly replace the phone. Today my girlfriend went to the same shop and the shop keeper was very rude to her saying its company fault and go to the service centre or log a complain and its oppo who are the manufacturers and not them.

Its really ridiculous experience I've ever faced in my life and I stay in Mumbai and my girlfriend stays in Lucknow and now she is helpless just because of your phone which could last for a single day. This new lauch phone is of no use and I'm going to logged a case in consumer court Tomorrow regarding this and will fight against your company for selling such a useless phone because of which your innocent customers have to struggle. I will also forward this issue to higher escalation department and nodal helpdesk as per the escalation matrix. In few days before her birthday on 28th if the issue is not resolve I will make sure your company experiences hell and will also write email to the CEO of the company and comment on various social platform about this phone. I will sure no body in my near and dear buy this phone and will ask everyone this information and upload the story in youtube too.

I'm contacting you now and take this email as a documention email because you will be responsible for all the loss which is caused to your company.

Tomorrow surely consumer court will contact you regarding this matter.

I was purchased opp f3 on 21 - 06 -2017 which imei no. 865244033059211 and bill no.377 from green mobile jaipur but in this device I am regularly one problem founding when I disconnect any voice call then start automatically goes to whatsaap calling. I was tried many times to contact oppo customer care and I was visited to 2- 3 times on service center but still problem are not resolve . So dear team I humbly request to u what should I do??

Allover device (a57) is best but, please give latest android and color os update faster than other smartphone company.i have oppo a57 and it's running on android marshmallow still. Please give update.

Dear oppo team No update.. Phone gets heated and hangs. No option for select all files in file manager. Oppo is fraud company. The oppo mobile hangs up, i want to tell all people not take oppo mobile until the problem is solved. then i will continue to mail and comment.

I am from Palanpur, Banaskantha, Gujrat. I bought my mobile Oppo F3 5 months back. Today on 29/12/2017 there was some technical problem in the display, when i went to get it repaired the service center is asking for 8000Rs to get it repaired and my phone is only 5 months old.

I have purchase oppo f5 on 1st January. 50% charge is there but mobile is getting switch off again I am switching on. Why send me a reason I believe oppo but I am not expected such a product from oppo. whom may I conduct.

I am shivansh jasrotia from kathua my job no INJK00820180118R154. i am using OPPO F1sin i have a problem in my phone is dead and i am going to pathankot service center but they gave estimate of rs 8000. i am very disappointed from your service and my friend told me go to kathua service center and i am very angry to your service but when i enter the kathua service center your engg (Mr Manik Mahajan) wish me and ask for sit and he treat me like a friend and he told me what is the problem in your handset. i ask him handset is dead and my data is very important in this. he said me he will try his best for saving the data and ask me wait for 10 to 20 minute. After 10 minute he gave me a my handset and my handset is fine working.

I am very happy with his service he treat me like a friend and one more thing he repair my handset free of cost however my handset is out of warranty. i am fully satisfied from your service thanks oppo your service is the best from other brands. OPPO is the real leader.

Very bad service in oppo mobile company. I am using oppo f1s for last one year. Other brands are updating their system in android oreo but oppo still using android lolipo. Very shame on oppo mobile. I have paid much money to oppo for its product for good facility but i was wrong. Don't purchase oppo mobiles.

I have purchased mobile Oppo A5 From Pay Smile Gonda pin-271001 UP. There is problem in mobile but your dealer refused to replaced it. Kindly look in to the matter otherwise I am going to file case in consumer court.

I purchased mobile phone from your outlet at Indore 13, Sneh Nagar Main Road, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452001on 1st April. Mobile purchased is OPPO F7, It was the launch date of mobile phone and same as purchased on that day. There was a USP of FREE GIFT for every customer who purchases OPPPO F7 during that time. Its been 12 days LOTUS outlet people are saying that Free Gifts are in Godown and once its available will inform you the same.

Are we making fool to Customers who trust on you. Store people used to keep gifts of customers with them only. I need urgent revert on it .

I have purchased new Oppo F7 mobile in the month of April. I had spend Rs 23,000/- for this mobile. I have facing some issue with mobile touch screen.

Recently I had call to customer care center & they had given to some troubleshooting steps, but my issue is not resolved. It's very worst experience for me. Please give me my money back or change it with new one.

I think I have committed a mistake leaving Samsung mobile. There are no features in your oppo mobile operating system.

No1. Keyboard number row text shortcut.
No 2. Speed dail
No 3. no Wedges. as call. Messages many more.
No 4. Emergency call contact add.
No 5. Patterns Lock
No 6. Call log history very very normal feature any mobile
No 7. Clipboard no option all clear
No 8. Any Photo album or any pic hold not a select
No 9. Photo delete folder not auto option all select.

Many more features no available in oppo A83.

I ordered my Oppo f3 in March 2018. Till March there is no useful update is updated on my phone. There is android Oreo update in budget phone. But I am still using Android 6.0 version.

If there is update in Oppo phone which is only for system stability and bug fixes. But there is no update about android nougat or android Oreo.

Whereas Oppo's new budget smartphone Oppo realme have Android Oreo inbuilt. But when the Oppo's previous launched smartphones will going to updated. I must say Oppo's after sale service is too worst.

This is a frustrated customer of Oppo and I need your attention. I am facing issue in my new Oppo mobile bought 3 months ago. Headphone jack is having problem due to which I have already visited Oppo Service Center thrice... BUT RETURNED HOME WITH NO SOLUTION!

Seriously worst service and support... Called to your customer support as well but no response till now.

My phone Oppo A57 (bought in june 6 2017) had a display error (a yellow colour shade) on the month of march, 2018. This complaint was solved and the software was upgraded by the mobile services of Oppo.

Within 2 months again the same problem occurred to my phone (in the month of june) before the expiry date of warranty card; but the service was not free and they claimed payment and also they were not sure that the same complaint will occur again or not. I hope that a fair decision could take by the company to solve this problem.
