I ordered moto E (2nd generation) 4G+1. order No is - OD204072040503462000.I have paid amount of rs 6999/-. when it was still yet to come, delivery date was today (7th oct 2015) but the product didn't reach my home, no call, no message was sent to me. When i'm going to get my product. The status is still showing about reached nearest hub then why so lag to reach me!?. when i called up your customer care service the way they respond is very unsatisfactory,i felt it is better to talk to higher management( Mr Bansal CEO) regarding my concern. other wise i will cancel my order.

I have purchased a moto e mobile in the year 2014 October.. which contains IMEI:-353322063800487. Recently I have raised a problem with that .The mobile is always switching off..and I also had a warranty for one year,but unfortunately i did not have bills and warranty of my mobile.Now I need those bills and warranty proofs to recover my mobile from damage in Motorola Service Center. I gave a cash on delivery order for a portable projector of Rs.19300 on Sep 22 The products order ID is OD30397946I3421920000.

I received the product after 11days of shipment that is on October 3rd from ekart logistics.. I Paid Rs.19300 and received the parcel.. What I found inside the package was a broken micromax phone which doesn't worth even for Rs.500 and they have some paper stuffed into the box. It's a fraudulent work... And I have given a replacement order it's been 6 days and I still didn't get my replacement product. If I don't get my replacement product within time I would have to take legal action against you. For the fraudulent caused by you.

I am fully disappointed with Flipkart service. My order moto x play mobile has been cancelled by Flipkart two time. And this is very bed. Because Flipkart not able to deliver my order at my address. I want to uninstall this app from my phone.

i have ordered a phone and a cover, the cover has reached to me but the mobile has not reached so what i will do of cover when there is no mobile. please take the product back.

On 7th Oct 8 items got cancelled/returned automatically, order was placed on 3rd Oct. i need justification why the hell it was cancelled automatically? when already 4th Oct we got call from 1 of flipkart officer for verification? are you guys playing some kind of games? i am extremely disappointed. why cant flipkart be professional like other online shoppers. please give genuine reason.

my order id is: OD203943175573834000. i am regular buyer of flipkart, last month i purchased lenovo a7000 mobile on 18/09/2015. i received on 22/09/2015. In the first week its self phone is getting frequently heating up and hanging even for less usage. After that i requested 2 times for return, but it was rejected, they told sry we are unable to process ur replacement request, im not getting y they rejected twice.

I got redmi 2 mobile from flipkart , i get some issue. Now the problem in my mobile is SIM card is not detecting. it always says "No sim card", I have insert 2 sim card in 2 slots, still its says "No Sim card". but the same SIM card i tried with another mobile it was working. Could you any one tell me how to fix this problem. Approach service center \ replace the mobile.

i have purchased micromax mobile last year dated 19 nov 2014 through flipkart, company have given manufacturer warranty.but now MICROMAX customer care service of our local city have refused to service of that mobile. I have purchased one LED 40" TV from flipkart on 2nd Oct and it got delivered on 5th Oct. The company technician came on 7th Oct and while installing it is noticed that its display is damaged. I have raised the replacement request immediately and the same is approved on 9th Oct. As per the updated from Flipkart, it was supposed to delivered to me on Sunday, 11th Oct 2015. Though flipkart was honoring its commitment of delivery time so far, this time everything gone out of control and still i am waiting for the product.

Every day I am following up with the customer care but every day I am getting a delivery commitment for another day. Till today (17th Oct) it happened and I am not sure what happens tomorrow. Only because of this I lost all the benefits of big billion sales by Flipkart and other great offers from other online retailers. I was so scared to spend big amount only because of this uncertainty. I was dealing with flipkart since last three + years, but this time all those good records spoiled. I lost the faith in flipkart and not interested to make any more purchases from it. I am waiting for the final update in two days as committed by flipkart to act legally.

This regarding Shipping Charges against my order OD404192062632752000 and OD404192108976987000. The products are Handloomhub polyster black floral eyelet Door Curtain 5 pairs and 4 pairs of window curtains and I hd to place the order for one more door curtain separately bcoz the system was not accepting qty 6 at a time. so total 10 pairs of curtains I hv ordered. Firstly it was shown Rs 40/- as shipping charge for one delivery and today I hv received updates mentioning Rs 40/- for each pair though the delivery point is one and product may be packed in one packet. If I am charged this way then I have to shell out Rs 400/- extra for ten pairs for only delivery at same point which makes the products expensive. so I request you to look into this and consider for minimum shipping charges.

we order two mobiles (i.e moto x play and lenovo k3 note on big billions offer day. we got sales order number (i.e 0d204177742492275002) and expected delivery date also. now our all the order got canceled without intimation. we also called to customer care they agreed that its our fault (technical issues n all) n then said sorry for the inconvenience. so now we want same product with same cost( i mean big billions offer day rate only).

Now it has been 3 months still my handset is in Service center without repairy. Also the service of your service center at pune is really really pathetic service. They never pick up the phone and if they pick up the phone they wont answer satisfactory.

First they have committed the delivery of phone on 27.9.15 then they have postponed it to 08.10.15 then again 15.10.15 then AGAIN 24.10.2015 I really really fed up if you are not able to deliver my handset.. plz return my phone as it was in old condition then i will do it in leagel way.

Also i need 3 month extended warranty of phone as i havnt used it for 3 month else give me a new handset.

I had 2 gift cards in my Flipkart account but both of the gift cards are gone now. There is no info what happened and how can i recover them.

In october 11 i brought a mobile Swipe elite after 3 days its working normally after 3 days onward restarting some times automatically and network is not getting properly camera in that specifications they are given 13 MP but in mobile is not there atleast 2 MP also.Iam facing these type of problems already i was rising 6 times return request to flipkart but those guys are not accepting my requests still iam trying to get return cash please respond my problem and make positive feedback your online shopping.

I have placed 3 orders on 09OCT2015 and paid the total amount of 14,131/- through my Citibank Credit Card ending 3451.

Total amount : 14,131/-

But I have received only one order till now. The remaining Orders are showing as payment not received. But the amount was already claimed by the flipkart from the bank on 12OCT2015. The approval code of the transaction is 507840.

EVEN I'M NOT ABLE TO CANCEL THE ORDERS TO GET MY PAID MONEY FOR REMAINING ORDERS. Resolve it ASAP or I need to contact consumer forum and highlight the Flipkart cheating through social websites.

I purchased Lenova A7000 through Flipkart in the month of May 2015. However, i have not received the invoice. Today i am facing the problem with the handset and when visited the service centre, they have requested us to get the Invoice Slip which i have never received. Request you to arrange and do the needful.

my motox play mobile display was cracked or destroyed as i kept mobile in my pocked it touched to my bykes handle....i called to flipkart and they responded as we are not responsible. Motorola company have to take care of it. but i bought mobile from you and i want to file a case against you in consumer court as per consumer act 1986.
