I had ordered nutri blend 3 jar (750 ml) and got it yesturday but it was cracked already. please look at this matter... really disappointed getting it from wonderchef.

Hello, myself soma Banik a regular customer of wonderchef. I have ordered the mystique set from wonderchef food food. After using it the coating which is said by sanjeev kapoor that it is very hard coating is actually not. A very low quality coating it is. So with this I want to say that I want to return it and I suggest other customers not to buy anything from wonderchef. Wonderchef is a Fraud.

As the desired product is smaller than the size of my requirement , i would kindly like to replace this one with a bigger one.

I got the Wonderchef Burlington set but found the saucepan to be damaged. So i want to return it and replace it with an other one.

I used Prato juicer for just 1 weak now its nt working and in customer care number no one is picking up the call.

I purchased Granite set on line vide order No SO/OPO/1517/2802172. Customer care is most inefficient and lethargic. The executives make false promises and tell lies. In my case my problem of premature erasure of coating in granite set has not been rectified to my satisfaction. As a matter of fact I have not received any communication fro Wonderchef as to status of my complaint inspite of repeated telephonic and email contacts with customer care. I want to send a legal notice to Wonder chef and take up the matter with consumer court but even postal address of the company is not being told to me. I rate my experience with wonderchef and its product at "ZERO".

The blender blade is bubling and liquid ooz out to the motor unit. I purchased the unit through flip cart. Find no service facility at my district in Kollam town or nearby Trivandrum City in Kerala. Needs to change the bushes of the blade unit or else to get two new blade units. Where can I get this or get this done?

I have bought Wonderchef air frier from amazon website. Most stupid, ridiculous, horrible product I have ever seen or bought. I want my money back at any cost and ASAP.

On the top of this amazing product your customer service is awesome. No words to describe the experience. Never ever in my life I will call ur care or buy ur product. Product is not at all as it was described in advert. Moreover chord was damaged and I had high intensity of electric shock. I might have died.

Cost is also more than other companies air frier. My bro ordered it for my bday. I would have died on my bday. No one in my family will forget such a GREAT GIFT FROM WONDER CHEF.

I want to inform you about product (Wonderchef Prato compact juicer) I have ordered bearing the Order no. SO/OPO/1517/2710319. Yesterday on 9th Nov, 2017, I got the product delivered. I found the product is of low quality and the motor is not at all working. I was unable to check the product. i have placed the order online via FOOD FOOD channel on 27th Oct, 2017. I am very disappointed with the delivered product.
So please refund the paid money as soon as possible and take your product back. As a customer, it is my humble request. Please look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible.

I have ordered a wonderchef nutri-blend (black) this year.... it worked really initially but now it has stopped working completely. so i need a replacement for it as it is under warranty now the problem is that. its really difficult to get through with your complaints regarding wonderchef appliances. really disappointing because the customer care just does not bother or pay heed to my requests.

Wonderchef after sale service is way too bad. My advice for all.. do not buy this brand 's product.

I bought AIR FRIER, as it was faulty and body paint is also comping out, so I asked for refund as I do not trust WONDERCHEF PRODUCTS ANYMORE. I am chasing customer care and it is more than 2 months and the customer care team has promised me that I will receive refund and it was promised in OCT very well before DEWALI. Customer care team lead by Miss puja was playing with me and giving me false promise every day.
When I complained more than 4 times after DIWALI ,than Miss PUJA promised me that I will receive refund by 17th NOV. However I have not received my refund till today.

I have got a wrong product. Instead of wonderchef granite grill pan, I have received a small frying pan. I want a pickup of it and want the actual one.

I have purchased Nutriblend in the Month of August 2017. After 10 days i.e in the month of September 2017, I have given a complaint that motor of Nutriblend is burnt and black plastic cover has come out but till to date my complaint had not been attended. I called several times one message I m getting over the "busy in another customer, pl call later or hold on" after holding on for 20 minutes also no response. service is very bad with product.
