It's really disappointing we sending several email with phone call, no reply and feedback, and also you guys are not picking the call.
As a branded company representative you guys have to reply back with the comment/Status about complaint.
Other wise please provide the Mobile no and email address of your superior to communicate, still my compliant is not attended, it's almost 2 Months.

You standard are not proper you dont have any customer support system. Your customer care person dont reply properly nor register complaints. Your company experience is worst. In future i will not purchase your products and share my experience with others through face book tweeter ect

Repeated complaint in my both mattresses
I have purchased a mattress on 05.08.2015 in Grah Shobha Foam Agencies, KORBA, CHHATTISHGARH. Size 75X36X4.5 mattresses. After 15 month the mattress depressed in center abnormally. Hence I reported it to the customer care Number and complaint No. 2155160 given by the customer care.and after complaint the both mattresses are change But even after One Year Unfortunately it is depressed in the centre very badly. I have been trying to get the Mattress replaced since one month. It is not been done. Your customer care officials do not even pick the call and respond on time. It is so irritating and unpleasant task to enquire. Feel so disgusted. Kindly attend to the complain at your earliest. The compalin no> TN till to date same problem arise and i face problem both mattresses no one can inspect or contact to me . So , Please see the problem and solve.

Wrong information by dealer
Dear All
Your technician came at morning, and his agreed the condition of mattress is not good and it will replace. But today I have seen the warranty card and your technician explained us after 1yr we are liable 30% rebates only for replacement. What is this???? While dealer as told us it is full replacement by 5yrs.
This is not fair deal, this is misguided by dealer. Who will responsible for the same?? We cant understand. We have spend 14500 which just gone which is not profitable deal for us.
Kurlon is a very big brand but it spring mattress is worst.
I cant replace it by same model..... If we want purchase another 1) Foam Bed Bounded (Car+Foam Layer) or 2) Ever Foam(Bounded), so what the procedure for the same.
Pls. confirm your understanding.

Deffective mattress

Due to the lack of interest of KURLON CS and Sr Manager. I am writing this mail to get a resolution instead of false promises.
On Sept 2018 my wife registered compliant to your CS and informed about mattress defects, after 2 days one of your executive came for survey and informed my wife that condition of mattress is very bad and will replaced asap. Since there was not revert from your CS. My wife called on toll free and spoke to Sumati who replied that replacement is under process and will get new mattress within a week. Two week passed but again there was no reply and so again my wife called Sumati. On surprise note she informed that replacement is rejected with no reason.
My wife tried to reach out Sumati several time but she did not pick-up the phone. On 16th Dec I personally spoke on toll free number with Pawan kumar and he informed that replacement is approved and will escalate to his senior and promised to get back on 18th Dec.
I waited again for a week but there was no response from your side and again on 22nd Dec 2018 I spoke to Pracila and she also promised to replace the mattress and promise to confirm me by 18:30hrs but till date I have not received any call. This is very frustrating as a customer to keep chasing your team for product which I have paid money and come up with defects. Instead of helping the customer your team always give false commitment.
How would a customer feel safe while buying from Kurlon?? I have recorded the conversation and if required I can also share you for your reference.

Defected and damaged product
This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased a Ortho Mattresses of Kurlon from your authorized dealer ‘Jai Ambey Enterprises’Dhanbad-826001, Jharkhand on 30/06/2016.The product is still under warrenty.The mattresses is pressed from ever where which has results in regular back pain, where as your company claim that ‘sleep on our Ortho mattress and wake up with zero aches and body pains’ which is not true.
I had earlier registered the complaint on the toll free no between 01/01/2019-07/01/2019.Your authorized representative my Deepak has visited my place to review the damaged product and said that it is pressed form a lot of places but he cannot help me with the same. Later I tried to contact his senior Ms.Shivani Zonal Office several times but she did not answer my calls.
I am really unsatisfied with the product and after sale service of such a big brand like Kurlon.Why should one buy such an expensive and a branded mattresses and end up having a back pain every morning when he/she wake up. I would request you to exchange my mattress as it is under warranty and provide me with a better product in case your company has it.

I have purchased a mattress on 06.03.2018 from Pargal Fabrictors Rajinder Bazar Jammu Size 72X48X4.5 Foambed mattresse. with 5 year gaurantee After 10 month the mattress depressed in center abnormally. Problem in mattress with in 2 months
I have purchased spring mattress size 60*60*6 cost 12800/-from Best price jammu date 27 Jan 2019, I have problem is that some spring disturb in mattress. Pl give proper guide & answer about this matter how I can replace the same.
Side and middle issue
I have purchese 2 mattress from Goel furnishing on 4/11/2017and using fue month both mattress have got some issue and then i lodge the complain on 20/3/2019 nd complain no 814597, 814600. then after few days your executive Mr Shivaji called me in 8.30 pm evening and told me that you just give me bill copy to my whatsup no 8310998483 because he don't have time to visit in my home and check the mattress properly to understand the actual problems. i am requesting to visit properly but he don't ready visit. Then i have given the bill on his whatsup no as mention above and after few days he called my wife and demanding Rs-2000 each mattress for submitting the gud report in the company. then My wife refusing then he told her to i will not given actual report in the company.
This type of person denting your company credibility. Kindly send to other person to check both mattress properly. and if possible take action against Mr shivaji type of person. So that i think company reputation first. I requesting to resolved the issue asap.

I had purchased mattres
I had purchased mattress from Best Price in Jammu on 1/4/2018,Model Divinity 72*72*6.Mattress got depressed from centre, the springs are upside down.
When i called up your customer care with complaint ID -1084284 they said warrant is for 5 years, the executive with mobile number 9797555313 who visited my residence this morning said the warrant is for 1 year, now again when I called up customer care they said this model is not covered under warranty.
Could you please help me in getting the mattress replaced.

1. I would like to inform you that I bought two in numbers 78 x 36 x 4" Mattresses on 25 Jun 2019. However, out of two one of the mattresses one of the mattress has been suppressed from the center and has gone bad. I understand these mattresses are under warranty clause for two years from the date of purchase.
2. In view of the above, I request you following:-
(a) The mattress which has gone bad to be replaced at the earliest as per warranty.
(b) Or either full refund of the Mattress cost be made to me.
3. Warranty card, Bill and Product identity card are sent through mail to you.

Complain against mattress
I have purchased 2 Pcs of mattress (Fresh Coir Mattress) size 75x35x4.5 on 16 July 2018 (Invoice No. 178) from AGARWAL GADDA BHANDAR 106/380, Gandhi Nagar, P.Road, Kanpur. Now the mattress become pressed in the centre in warranty period. I registered my complain through customer care number on 24 August 2020. Complaint ID is-1925710 and 1925711. My complain is still awaiting and pending till now. You are not giving any response about my mattress. Please replace my mattress immediately, otherwise i will go to the consumer forum.

Complaint of matresses
I am from Kanpur and purchased mattress from Kanchan Foam on 22/11/2019 model bounty 127 mm against bill no 433. the mattresses are expended with in 6 months due to corona my complaint was not registered. i try customer care no 8150000103 several times but every time after 4 minutes call was disconnected. dealer refused to any kind of help. its my so much poor experience with such as reputed company kurlon.
Not satisfied with the service of the company
I had purchased two nos. of Kurl On mattress one measuring 198.1*121.9*15.2 ( Daze Bonnel Spring mattress ) and other is 78*72*5 ( Dream Star Home Mattress from Hari Singh High Street Area of Srinagar City ( J& K ) on 16/02/2020 and 18/10/2020 after purchasing of just four months . I have problem in its Springs and in other mattress Edges of coir came out of the outer cloth all over the mattress despite registering complaints in your toll free no. I had already complaint this with your area sales manager Mr. Kushal Kumar on 03rd of December,20. But till date nothing in this regard had been done. Please do the needful as I am a regular customer of your company but from the last two transactions done with the company I am totally dis satisfied with you..As till date nothing can be done by the company.
Damaged product
Hello Team,
I have purchased kurlon mattress in March 2021. It is now damaged. Not at all comfortable for sleeping. It is not in the same level some where it is up somewhere it is down which is causing backpain. It's is really a waste of money.
Please do the needful either refund my money or exchange it with new and a quality product.

I purchased a double bad Kurlo Bond Plus Mattress on 23/11/2021. Unfortunately, the said mattress is a defective product delivered to me.
