Dear Flipkart...i bought Smartron T-phone P mobile on the Flipkart.. then I after three day it's started heating and battery consuming heavily...I asked for the replacement but I didn't get any feedback from your side. then I decided to proceed a legal for that.. I have already requested for return but they didn't pick it (courier people) and i got a message from your side stating that return policy can't be processed. I don't need this item. I needs to be double bed sheet and not want carpet for favorable action.

Most worst service from flipcart i have received a mi led 43 inches tv and not done instillation since one week. Initially defected product delivered and after several fights received replacement tv but still today waiting for instillation. Day by day postponing the timelines. I never see this much worst service provider in the country.

I suggest please avoid flip kart further. They are doing cheating.

I have received the Lava battery from flipkart is totally damaged product. I hope the flipkart is 100% fraud online shopping website so that's way the flipkart delivered us only damage product day by day. I bought a new samsung mobile. It was unable to catch network signal. I put return request within 3 days but it was rejected saying that i should visit samsung customer care. I visited samsung service center. They checked and told that network IC is defective. But they denied to service as the phone serial no. is 3 years old and flipkart should give in writing why this phone was sold so late. I talked to flipkart but they told that they can give only invoice and denied to give the reasons of late selling. So I am just helpless. Thinking to lodge complain in consumer court.

Kindly note I had ordered iVOOMi i2 Lite mobile from Flipkart on the 10th of July 2018 (OD112806656269043000), I received the same on 12th July 2018, when I received the phone the front and back camera was not working. On the 13th of July I took OSWAL SERVICES, he said to replace the phone as there was a defect in the phone. I mailed flipkart on the 13th of July for a replacement, On the 14th i got a call from flipkart/iVOOmi, the customer service person could not understand my problem as just cut the phone. And in just sometime I got a message and a mail stating that my replacement request was rejected.

On 14th I went SHRISAI TELECOM , I requested them to check the phone, they said the same thing that the camera is not working and asked me to replace the same. They were not even ready to repair the phone, said that they have yet not contracted with iVOOMi, and i need to visit another customer service center. The same day I went to UNICELL communication , he too said they same, there is a problem with the camera phone and it needs to get replaced, he said that he would drop a mail to customer care, and asked me to contact him on Monday the 16th, I called the concerned person on Monday ,he said the mail is not going through and I would need to drop a mail by my self.

Just wanted to know is this the service a customer gets on buying your product, I am not getting a replacement nor is any customer service centers ready to repair the phone. What is the one year warranty for the phone when non of the customer service providers are ready to repair the phone. In few days the replacement date will also expire and your customer service team member will say your exchange validity date as expired.

I request the concerned team to kindly look into this matter. Kindly at least have the phone repaired.

My experience is worst with Flipkart, because they have picked up the item before 3weeks and they are giving me only dates from long time for refund but I didnt get it till now. Please never order anything from flipkart because they have worst customer service team.

Ii did't get choose my color product and the product is damage. so please return the product and give me my amount....etc. thanks.

I have bought ZTE Blade A2 Plus mobile on 09/10/2017 with one year warranty from the trusted Flipkart. But because it is dead now and touch screen is coming out from it's body I couldn't found any working service center in delhi so I made contact to Flipkart executive and raised three complains one after one. In response mobile will be taken back is called but Shipmaster refuses saying some nonsense excuses. Sir, I had order a mobile 5999 rupees in 03/05/2018 may but iit was not confirmed and my money was deducted in my account. And i was suffering from this problem in three months. And today is 30/07/2018.

I have complained also for this but my problem was not solved. So please solve my problem fast to fast.

I request you kindly go thru below details and please resolve my issue as earliest. I have received product specification not as per mention on Flipkart website.

• Date of Order: - Tue, Jul 17th '18 2:58 PM

• Product paid amount: - Rs13,499 through Credit card
• Product received to date:- Jul 20th '18

Complaint description:- While ordering this Honor 9i mobile, I had studied product description through Flipkart website. It was prescribed with Operating System: Android Oreo 8 User interface:- EMUI 8 and as well for both sim slot will be 4g support.

It means I was expecting a mobile handset with above mention technical description. But actually, I received a product with a specification like an official version of Android 7.0 and EMUI 5.1. After notice of mobile version details, I raise concern to Flipkart team and his vendor (OmniTechRetail) for misguiding and making full to the customer for selling such old version product by putting wrong technical specification on the website.

I have raised this issue from 25th July 2018 to Flipkart customer desk but after continuing discussion, follow-up and support request Flipkart team not able to resolve my problem. Without giving any reason they are closing my return request.

After initiating almost 6-8 return and refund request no action taken either by Flipkart or by the vendor partner.

I am highly disappointed with Flipkart service as I have brought brand new phone as per given specification, why I shall take it to customer service as per your suggestion, you should either deliver me brand new mobile as per given specification else return my money back, I am not going to upgrade this old version mobile with new one from product manufacture.

I got a lesson from Flipkart you people selling an old product with the wrong description in mega sale days and playing with customer emotions and making harasses to customers. As a well-known brand in the Indian market please avoid such tricks to full customer otherwise you will lose Indian customer trust forever like me.

I request kindly accept the return and refund my money by before 1st august 2018.as last date otherwise I will go to national consumer court for further action refer Complaint Number: 845256 actions from my side.
