We have a 1.5 ton window air conditioner installed in our Gurgaon home in the name of my Grandson Devasheesh Chaudhry registered Telephone number 9899995152. It broke down on 14 June. complaint booked on 15 June. complaint attended on 19 june . Compressor found to be defective. Invoice provided to customer care on 20 june. NO RESPONSE TILL THIS MOMENT INSPITE OF SEVERAL CALLS TO CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE IN AHMEDABAD. who know that spare part is awaited and promised to raise issue with higher authority . Unfortunately no concrete action so far.

Very disappointed with this customer service standard by Hitachi. Your customer care executives are a wall blocking contact with any company official.

Hello Hitachi Customer Care Team,

We own a Hitachi 3 door refrigerator, 4 days ago (8/6/21) the freezer of the fridge stopped working and we lodged a service call to 18602584848. The call center informed us that the charge was Rs.350/- and that needs to be paid to the technician who visits. Two technicians (Shoaib 9513870128 and Zubair) visited us on 9/6/21.

They opened up the freezer compartment, poked around with a screwdriver and put it back. Telling that the sensor on the motherboard had become weak and needs to be replaced/reset. They removed the motherboard and took it away with them.

They returned within 30mins. replaced the motherboard, and told us to wait for 24 hours for the ice to start forming. We waited and there was no ice.

We placed a repeat complaint at the above number and we received a call from someone called Kumar (9916278777) saying that the technician has a bike problem and that the technician will come tomorrow. Repeated calls to Shoaib are going unanswered and a request for a receipt to Kumar also has only got vague replies.

The fridge is not operational and we have lost our money.

- is 1860 258 4848 a genuine Hitachi customer care number?
- if yes, why does the customer care team pass the number to scamsters?
- should we book a Police Complaint / Case of cheating?
- and what can you do to fix the fridge?
