Dear sr my plan already prime I have recharge june2018 for 84 days but now your msg so recharge again 5 jul 2018 my plain expiring after 84 days Aug 2018 please check and correct.

I request that now ,the time of jio network with me is approx 2 year , and the issue was same as usual is speed of internet, and suddenly turn off jio signal.but problem is your problem solving employees were not working properly because, now you reading my feedback and scroll it but not helping to the customers! okk i and all jio user dont mind yet but bassically we re inform to new customer to purchase another calling and internet services but never be try to purchasing the jio sim jiofi etc all technical objects.

Dear Customer Care Jio,
I applied for prepaid Jio sim card in Jio Center 8 - Andheri East on Saturday, June 30th using my passport and visa.

The officer said that it took 72hrs to activate, which means the card will be activated on Tuesday July 3rd. She was asking another local number, in order to send SMS to inform the number of my Jio account.
I’ve given her the local number, but till today I’ve not received any sms yet. So until today, my phone still on ‘Emergency calls only’ status.

Kindly please help to check my application and further proceed my teleconfirmation/activation.

There is an offer of jio,where any old router can be replaced for new jiofi hotspot. Do i have to pay any extra money too for that?

On 29th i recharged Double dhamaka offer but i am still getting only 1.5GB per day. I want my extra 1.5gb/ day, please activate it.

In my 4g phone jioTv is not work. Jio tv is not properly working b'coz its subscription is not active. plzzz help me jio. The net speed is too slow while using youtube, jiotv, jio cinema etc. Plzz help.

Jio provide worst 4g service in india. Other companies 2g service is better than jio 4g service. The situation is jio network is that even i cant update my phone. For Example i want to watch a movie on youtube or any other site U have to give 24 for 2 hour movie. I already complaint on jio care but no response. So this is the situation of jio. If under 24 your company dont take any action then i will port my sim card with any other company. Thank you.

I have taken jio recharge plan for 399 k for 84 days. It got expired in 1 month. Please call me immediately, otherwise I am cancelling jio service.

Network bad from one year onwards, we are facing so many problems with jio network and your jio service didn't take any action about these problems. what we can do with this jio without network. This type of network I was not seen anywhere.

I am Krishna... i had recharged my jio number 916296685974 of rs 498 and had got additional data of 3.5 gb. But now i am only able to use 2 gb data per day. Now where is my additional 1.5 gd data gone.

Many times I complaints to the care but no solution 40days ago i give complaint still the problem is repeating.

My net speed of jio number is too slow now i thing its almost working like 2g network plz solve this problem.

Pls help me. My location is not range in jio sim.

Only one signal out side in my house.6 month before I have 2 time complaint.he told new tower coming your location within 2 month.my mobile no.8921895962 pls reply.

Worst experience i ever had with this network. jitni baar bhi complaint krlo but no good response i found. worst internet service in my area which is pratap nagar. no more towers in my area. useless timeperiod they give 48 hrs. uske baad bhi koi improvement nhi.

After 15 days porting my sim not activated yet. My number 9001998386. I am frm jodhpur .In jodhpur at akaliya chourah yr office is there but staff don't have good knowledge.they told me go another office. This is my first time in your network.

Hi, i want to know that why is my internet daily quota is lost whithout using data. data speed is so slow n very poor. in mrng i'v seen 2 10 mints video only ... N aftr that i'v get one notification you have used 50% of data and aftr some tym the notification i'v get that 90 % of data i'v used .. n i really feel like i used 2g sim not 4g data speed is so slow. plsss .. require the speed of your jio sim.
