Camera problem within 1 month (no focus n too much of vibration on starting camera). Very bad service in kolkata ..... took 10 days even they dint provide back the service.dim light front camera performance is poor.... camera works slow. Battery is avg.

I am really very very disappointed with the service. I waited nearly 2 month for the Nokia6 to launch and then i purchased via amazon. The service is very very bad.Its almost more than a month till now i didn't get my mobile back to my hand. Nokia pls dont make us fools by giving bad service. After Purchasing my mobile I am visiting 7 to 8 times service center. After this experience in future I am not purchasing any product of Nokia also my family and my friend and office culig. Please cooperate.

I purchase a new nokia 7 plus mobile on 1/7/2010. It has problem from first day, i cant use my ear phone some time my ear phone connect. i was also use another ear phone but not connect problem is still this is a manufacture defect in ear phone socket. I have purchased Nokia 3 last year in the month of September, after 4 -5 days of purchase I have noticed my phone is hanging ( phone is vibrating & screen is getting lock) , same thing shown to staff of NOKIA service centre, they told that they don't have spare & told to visit again. Again I have gone there same story. Though I am working onboard a ship , I told them to pls give me early solution as I have to go onboard for 06 months , they told me to use the phone as of now & they will repair it after 06 months (told me don't worry warranty period is one year).

After 06 months I have visited same story they are repeating, sometime they are updating the software/formatting my phone but the problem is still persist. Any how they wants to pull the time so that warranty period get over. Now I am fed-up with the NOKIA SERVICES.

I have purchased my first mobile NOKIA 3310 in year 2002 & was vary happy to use that phone. As soon as Nokia has launched its android version, without delay I have purchased NOKIA but it was my biggest mistake.

Anyone pls suggest what to do. Any other solution other then consumer court.

Hi This is Asif. Brought Nokia 6 few months back. Since day one my phone is having problems like displays goes off battery is not charging full and some times lasts very less, it gets hot like hell. Now, all of a sudden display is permanently off and i went to NSC (Nokia Service Center) to get it back in working condition. It was really pathetic response from the NSC. On day second i went to enquire on my phone status and they were like living in some kind of forest saying it will take 12 days to get it back in working condition. NOKIA SUCKS products are down graded and service is not just poor it's like nothing et al. I regret trusting NOKIA.. Nokia is really gone and does not deserve to be in the market. Better to buy Chinese product at least you can end up saving your hard earned money and it will give better services than Nokia....10/-10.

I was used nokia 6 TA-1021 mobile i used some photo,files hidden application to hide my files in some accidentally uninstall the application and i was reinstall to recover my files is not in the application so how to recover the files, photo from my phone? reply fast.

This Jayasekar from Puducherry. I have purchased Nokia 3 mobile on 8.09.2017 (IMEI No. 357277087913862) from Accord mobile Gallery. During the second week of May 2018, I had problem with the phone. It was not charging. So, I contacted the shop where I have purchased the mobile, they had given me authorized service center address, i.e., Future Tech Solutions, Puducherry.

On 11.05.2018 handed over my mobile to the service Centre and received Manual Job sheet with Job No. 427.

After that I was constantly following the Centre, and they told me that they have communicated to the head office and they said a new mobile will be replaced to me soon, since my mobile was in warranty period. And they said that they have received new mobile and it is in warehouse. Like this they kept on giving false hope and I was constantly following them.

During third week of June when I went to the shop, shockingly it was closed and it was written there to contact another service Centre for the mobile.

On 23rd of June I have received a call from referred service Centre – Flex care and they had told that they need two weeks’ time to check the mobile. I was waiting for the call, on 6th July they contacted me and I went to the Centre and they told that mobile got liquid damage and Mother Board was not working. They were asking for money for servicing. It was really shocking. From there itself, I have contacted customer care (18001028169) and told what had happened. They asked me to wait for three days to sort out the issue.

Not received any reply from the Centre, and I again went on 14th July 2018 to know the status. They asked me to come after 2 days. Again I went to the Centre on 18th July 2018, and received reply that on their examination, liquid damage had happened to the mobile and mother board need to be replaced.

My question is
1. On the job sheet of the first service Centre (Future Tech Solutions) they haven’t mentioned about liquid damage, if at all it had happened why they have not communicated to us. And in the service Job sheet which was handed over to the next service Centre they have recorded the comment as - Not charging. Then how come liquid damage had happened. So, there is mismatch between the replies received from the Centers.
2. Where we went wrong??? We had good opinion about NOKIA PRODUCTS
3. Does it take this much time to report an issue and to do service?
4. Please don’t cheat me.

Finally, I need proper report about my mobile. And I am not ready to pay for the service, because the blunder was with your product and with your service Centre.

I bought ur phone it's Nokia 5 just 7 months ago. I just trust ur brand but now my phone battery is not working properly, it works only for one or two hours,ur brand lost it loyalty. Tomorrow or with in some days I will go to it service centre let's see what happens, par itne bade brand ki ijjat na utariye.
