Hi I Recently placed a order on 20 September i.e. During Big Billion day and as per Flipkart Exchange Policy of 30 Days I am not able to exchange it online as well customer support is able to do it. Kindly look into it. I asked customer support twice to do that but once it was wrongly order by your support Member. I have ordered karbonn titanium jumbo by flipkart got product which was defective but flipkart replaced it now in 4 months its battery strip is broken and service centre of mira road is saying they cant exchange it. that person only open the battery maybe he must have damaged it while opening but he is saying they cant replace this product... what a joke these people do?
