1. I purchased a nutri blend black mixer with jar vide my order no SO/OPO/15172205634 dt 25 may 18.
2. The item is defective since the day it arrived and the jars are not fitting.
3. I complained with wonderchef vide my complaint No wc/sf/wc/sf/290518 dt 30 May 2018.
4. Sachin, wonderchef technician attended yesterday and found it defective.
5. He also found the Item faulty and recommended that the same should be replaced.
6. I want to request you to kindly send me a nutriblend with 2 jars as replacement with the present Item of 3 jars.

Hello team,

The order was received as damaged and glass was shattered. Informed the delivery guy who said that we need to return it via customer care. Unable to get to customer care.

Placed an order for two spare handles click amaze on 13 aug for which money was paid but delivery of item not received. On checking realized no one had even bothered to check mail. Delivery still awaited.
