i have given my HTC Desire S V mobile for N R marketing service center in Davanagere for its automatic swith off and hanging during using. i submitted mobile to service center on 10-11-14 the people in service center not responding and also not giving any valid reasons. please make my mobile for me.

I have been trying to update my phone to use the new windows 8.1 but its not responding so am asking how am i to wait for the developer to make it available.

I am not satisfied with HTC mobile support service. Very slow and inefficient, takes ages to repair and send back my mobile. And that too in the end the problem was still not resolved.

I had that problem where the wifi would be stock on "turning on" so I could never get it to turn on or off fully. So I took the battery and sd card out, put battery back in, while it's restarting put the sd card back in, and restart the phone . but its not responding the problem is still going on so am asking how am i solve this problem.

i had submitted my phone (white colour) 816 on 11/08/2015 with TVS electronic LTD SCO103, sector 47 C. After 21 days,on 02/09/2015 i had got a swapped phone of blue colour 816 of (blue colour)... as the concerned person said that your phone is unrepairable thats why we had swaped it. Now tell me what is this?? how this can be possible...?? the blue coloured phone (IMEI 355702060121698) is a used phone, which was given for repair by someone else, (with registered no.9015036599, as this info was provided by your htc customer care person) so atlast i am requesting you to either give me phone back else provide me a new phone because my phone is under 1 year warranty) i will never gonna accept this used (blue colour) phone, solve this issue asap otherwise i will take a strict action. Thanks.
