My phone redmi note 4 (black) bought in October 2017 had an explosion in it's battery that rendered the phone useless. This incident occurred while charging the mobile. Can anyone give me suggestions as how to proceed with the situation and applying for consumer forum. ASAP!!

I have not got my order delievery. More than 15 days have passed but i didn't get my order. I also got the call of problem solving expert. He had told me that i will be getting my order before 23 may but i didn't got. Tell why this delaying is going on? And plz obtain my order.

After 7 days of your company, TV could not be installed. The mi service is the worst service provider. In future, I will not buy mi product. Customer Care has kept only lying to speak, no help goes on. The world's worst company and the poor service mi company. Here customers are framed.

My name is Vipin Vimal,

I bought a redmi note 5 Pro on 13th April 2018 from Noida, sec-18, uttar Pradesh, 201301, India. After 2 days I noticed that there is a problem in calling sensor then i Went to the satguru communication on 17th April 2018. Satguru communication is a mi service center that is in Noida sector -27, uttar Pradesh, 201301, India. I was requesting to the manager of that service center to replace my phone because there is a problem in calling sensor and it just 4 days old then they took my phone and just update my phone software and then they told me that your phone is ok. After sometime sensor is still not working then I visit again and they done the same process.

I have visited 3 times but the calling sensor is still not working.. I told him that I'm a businessman and I don't have time to waste here. But they never response.. I have lots of expectations from mi but they disappointed by their services.

I'll never recommend this brand to others.. Please check out my Bill and jobsheets.

Dear sir, my phone redmi 5. i purchased 14 may 2018. it show no service when I call 3 times customer care they said that you contact near service center. When I went service center they said it's out of warranty because its in water but I know that no water is in it. I again call customer care they talk to service center but they couldn't response it. I attached job sheet and pic of my phone & bill also. I requested to u please solve it problem as soon as possible.

I purchased redmi 5A 3GB 32GB dated 11Jun but given me faulty model showing display problem in lining complaint no WOIN 2018061301013.

I purchased mi tv 4a on 01/06/2018, delivered on 08/06/2018. I booked time for installation next day but so many days gone. There is no response from company. I complained everyday in customer care but no solution. Very bad service.. Disaster. Cheater company.

Sir, It is my very bad experience which I would like to share with you. I am a regular customer of Flipkart as well as MI Redmi too. I have bought Redmi 3S prime at first which is working fine till today. In same hope I ordered Redmi note 5 Pro on 04.04.2018 and it was delivered me in sound condition (invoice copy enclosed IMEI/Serial No: 868622030355061). Everything was fine upto two months but suddenly my phone started hitting and issues like getting power off/on itself for which I went to MI Service centre situated at S P Verma Rd, Patna, Bihar-800001. They took my phone on counter and went inside the room after few minutes they came with the excuse that your phone is out of warranty and the reason is that your phone was opened before as there is one less watermark in the phone.

I requested them many times that my phone won't opened by anyone but they were not ready to cooperate thay simply says that either pay Rs 4600 for display or take it away without repairing as your phone will not be repaired under warranty. I would like to attract your attention towards this if I am getting a phone from flipkart then who is responsible for this kind of problem?

1. First thing is that if phone was working fine no one giving attention towards its watermark inside a prime factor for warranty.
2. And secondly when such problem occurs and MI Service center after opening the phone says that watermark is missing inside and warranty will not be offered.

Hence I would like to request you either to solve my problem or matter will be inquired with the help of law and orders.

I've tried ways and means in updating google services but couldn't update it. i followed the steps through youtube but option is not found in this phone. (there was problem in communicating with the google server) in setting there isn't apps, account options. i am helpless help me out.
