My registered EMail ID-flipkart.b.k@gmail.com, my this flipkart account was suddenly deactivated without any prior notification or any other thing and also my all orders are there, I unable to access them and unable to check the status of those shipments. I dont' try to do anything which breaks the flipkart's "Terms & Conditions". So, I request to flipkart's team, please re-activate my flipkart account as soon as possible, that's why I can manage my orders properly.

I am loyal customer of flipkart but today at 16:05:2018 at around 12 noon I purchased a red mi note 5 pro on flash sale. I made a payment from my bank debit card. I even received a sms acknowledging the same. But suddenly at around 8 in the afternoon I noticed the SMS stating my order was canceled automatically by flipkart and the money was on the process of getting refunded back to my account.

After contacting customer care floor manager they told me that my order was canceled by seller for bulk order that they alleged what I had done. But to my surprise that the same phone is available in the black market for few rupees more but when you want to purchase it legally from the seller the excuse they provide is bulk order which I have not done. Even the flipkart guys can confirm the same from their site as I have used their application to purchase.

I have waited for this product for last 1 month I every flash sale. One time I got stuck in payment portal as the product was out of stock. That was understandable but this time payment was made order was also placed and now they cancel the order automatically.

FLIPKART SHOULD NOT TREAT THEIR CUSTOMER AS A JOKE.

Because of their mismanagement I have been the victim. I would like flipkart to reinstate my order as soon as possible for which I agree to pay the cost. because the problem was due to flipkart and seller for which I am the victim.

I have ordered for a MI Mobile vide Flipkart Order OD2123218930578320, dated 15/5/2018 to be delivered at Chennai. Commitment date of delivery is 16/5/2018. On 16th at 4.00 pm I got the message that your consignment is one hour away. But at 6.00 pm I was told that your consignment has gone to some other city. Till 17/5/2018 the consignment has not reached me. Why I should not go to consumer forum and sue Flipkart.

I ordered a fastrack watch which i received on 11.05.2018 & due to size issue i requested to the same Returned but they didn't send me a warranty card & now refusing to take back the product after saying that i have misplaced it.

So many calls So many emails i have made but Problem not resolved yet. Customer problem is not yet resolved even after so many calls. & now saying it can't be Returned.

Worst Experienced with Flipkart.

I will not purchase anything & also tell others not to purchase anything from this fake people Selling incomplete Product.

Dear Sir/Madam,

My order ID OD212307459181723000 I have booked for OPPO F7 in exchange offer so the delivery boy denied to pick up my phone as it has minor damage on it but not the display or the panel it's the finisher which has damaged.

I don't know what has happened I think you are expecting phones without any damage so for that I should return only brand new phone without any minor damage also. Person who exchanges the phone once it's old only but flipkart is expecting new phones I think.
This is a horrible experience which I had.

Other online shopping guys take it with minor damage also this is not the first time I'm exchanging phones.

So please look in to this and do the needful ASAP.

I ordered a bag, order id:OD212315136276034000. It was about to get delivered by 17th May. Without even notifying the customer they rescheduled the delivery date and made it 20th May, which is Sunday.

How am I supposed to collect the order, as my office is closed on Sunday. Even I cancelled my last order due to this logistics issue. I dont know what kind of Issue is this. Never experienced such worse service from Flipkart. Not going to buy anything from Flipkart again.

Still I didn't not receive tempered glass. But the status is in delivered condition. You are cheating the customer. So deliver as early as possible. Otherwise I will give complaint in police station.

There is a hanging problem in my new phone samsung galaxy c7 pro. Some time pone switch off when i called and i have 3 time complaint but they not solve my issue. i have advice to all person plz dont purchase any item in flipkart.

I have got wrong and used product..i have purchased shoes from Flipkart Ordered On Fri, May 11th '18 and got wrong and used shoes. Now from 5 days continuously given the complaints and being worst experience with customer care service that they are placing wrong complaint against this return of product the pickup is cancelled 3 time... very unhappy from Flipkart worst experience... never going to shop again from same website not even suggest anyone... want my problem to be solve. Hi.. I have not received the pearl set the one i ordered. it looks totally fake & local metal which you get on the streets. I ordered for my Mom for Mother's day occasion & it was so shocking & heart breaking when i saw that set. Totally unacceptable.. kindly inform the vendor. I had make a order for below items.

Blaupunkt SBW-01 Dolby Bluetooth Soundbar, but till date I have not received the product and suddenly message from flipkart , your order had been canceled and you have to try once again for this product from the site , and when I visit the site for this product it shows it is out of stock, my status show your refund has been initiated - why I dont know, I want this product.

Why this type of things are happening in FLipkart , and when I am trying to reach customer care , I can not reach to customer care as i don not have any pending order in place. This is worst experience to my for FLIPKART. As I had very good experience with Amazon and other online shopping website. I need to call customer care - can any one help me for this, i will be thankful to them.

Very bad experience with FLIPKART online shopping.

Please call me back to check why my cask back is not received after 90 days of the order #OD111347562840050000. Emailed to cs @flipkart.com wasn't worked out. Called to 18001023547 & 18002089898 are also helpless. Worst customer support in flipkart. I will never order anything in your app. Highly disappointed with your service. Call me back immediately.

Till time My order not received and every customer care emp. not provide me Courier Company details. I think Flipkart is a very big fraud company. I will never purchase from flipkart...i am very disappointed.

I m really disappoint with flipkart bks delivery has came at 16may bt yet the delivery is not came at my doorstep. I ordered Redmi not 5 pro bt yet I didnt got taday is 23RD may then only... they are saying dat sorry for delay... abhi delay ka me achar dalu??? I want that mobile as soon as.. otherwise I will never purchase from flipcart. i am very disappointed.

I had complaint 3 time. Without inform me, they reject the complaint. First time one boy came to take shoes.. He (idiot) said these shoes are wearing. Getting dirty from the bottom. He ( stupid) does not know this, I will check this wear so Something will be so messy. And not write to flipkart site only just check in the box. Soo plz refund my shoes... My no. 8700525713.

I had ordered nut_dry_fruit 51 | REAL 500 g almond (badam giri) on dated 17/05/18, my order id is: OD212341167537605000.

The packet was received in damaged condition. I have already complained and asked for replace this damaged packet with a fresh sealed packet but I only keep getting promises. Its my humble request to you sir, plz kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Awaiting your positive response.

My order got delivered but not received. I got message that the order is delivered but i have not received the order. As per commitment flipkart is failed to deliver. I have lost my faith on flipkart and will not do shopping. I suggest my friends also not to do shopping from such type of shopping site, who don't care about customer.

I have ordered 1 watch from Flipkart and choose options for COD, today when I check my order status it's showing I need to visit nearest hub for pickup my product, when I visited they inform me we don't have any options for cash u need to pay through online, I agree and make payment through my credit card amount got debited from my account but Flipkart told me that they have not received my amount it will be refund back to your back, then I wrote a mail to grievance.officer@flipkart.com, then I received a called from same team and inform me it will be resolved before 30th may,after that I got msgs that my order has been cancelled, then I called customer care 1 senior officer commited me that we will receive product within 24 to 48 hrs and also u will receive complain no but after disconnected the call I'm not getting any SMS then again I called customer care then office inform me that we don't have a any requests for the same u need to order again...

1. When I choose options for door step delivery so why I collect from nearest hub.
2. Who informed you for cancelled my product.
3. Why your executive forced me to pay online.
4. Why I need to wait 8 days for refund.

I am really very disappointed with the service, so please help me regarding the same. My order ID - OD212413189236766000.
