You are billing us continuously but wifi network is not available from 12 days... why?

I deposited Rs. 5000/-for international roaming. It's receipt no. 157 dated 25-04-2017. We regret to inform that ISD facility did not work at any point of time while we were in Canada despite my repeated complaints to concerned officer through my local person.

We deposited application for the refund of the amount charged on this account on 07-07-2017. I did not get my amount back till now. I ran pillar to post but to no avail. I am a professional and lot of time has been wasted. Stress and value of time is added. I am a loyal customer and I became very disappointed.

Dear sir, Because of poor internet connection in our Area ( Kirumampakkam , Pondicherry) I have submitted a letter to Accounts section of Puducherry BSNL office to disconnect internet services from that date onwards and paid payments upto that period what is pending in my account no 9036885049 for phone number 0413 2615254 . Though i have generated bill for september 2018 with data service though i have not used any internet services. I request you to re generate new bill with out internet charges.

I have taken a prepaid BSNL plan for Rs 485. We dont have any speed at our house but outside it has very good speed. What to do to improve speed?

Sub – Non functioning of P &T Telephone

It is to bring to your kind notice that I myself Pankaj Virmani R/O 72, Lalitpur road Jhansi holding an P&T phone no 0510-2370661 at my residence which is out of order since last one month for which complaint has been lodged and I personally met your functionaries i.e SDO/Telephones to put the same in order but no response recd till date only lames and excuses are given.

If your dept is no capable to rectify the defects within 03 days it is requested that my P&T phone no 0510-2370661 may be disconnected permanently.

C/- CMD BSNL –for kind inf and requested to instruct your functionaries not give lames and excuses but to satisfy the consumers by attending defects as per target of citizen charter.

Numerous complaints are given through 1500 and also to JE, RAKSHAPURAM Telephone exchange. Novel tactics followed by the dept. by sending SMS that complaint is resolved whereas on the ground nothing is done. Bill is sent regularly and I am paying that.

If BSNL can not operationalize the phone within 72 hours, I request that my phone No. 040-24344415 be disconnected permanently and immediately. My mobile No. is 9490956733.

mera number hai 9794543404 BSNL jo pehle Airtel tha port karaye hue 8 month ho gaya hai, last recharge 24 amount se kiya tha online mode, lekin 14 november se outgoing barr hai, call karne par par batata hai " Your Account Is Teporaraly Blocked Please Recharge Imediatly" esliye maine kai baar recharge karna chaha alag alag operater/ online ke through ho nahi pa raha hai. Kyo?

Esi tarah maine aaj 23/11/2019 ko 18001801503 par raat ke 02;20 baje call kiya 8303525030 number se call kiya udher se Excutive ke dwara Prank (badtamiji) se baat karte hue bataya gaya ki mera number BSNL ka hi nahi hai, jabki maine poori baat bataya Excutive ki maine Port karaya hai UP East ka Number hai.

Sir I port my sim JIO TO BSNL and active my sim . then first recharge 429rs Ref.5284047165 and 50 rs and recharge successful but nothing any benefits. Than retailer 186 recharge and start all benefits . but 429 and 50 rs not refunds Plz.

I have given an application to disconnect my land line (no:0471 2337303) and broad band connection and surrendered the instrument at BSNL office, Thiruvananthapuram in the second week of November 2019. I got a bill invoice dated 1/2/2020, no SDCKL0039535958 mentioning about the BB plan deposit refund and security deposit refund against OS total amounting to Rs 3744.But the amount has not not been deposited in my bank account though I have given my bank details in my application.Presently I am in NewZealand and not in a position to visit the office personally. I had sent four emails to Portalhelpdesk @bsnl.co.in but till now refund has not been deposited in my bank or got reply from them Pl do the needful.

I had surrendered land line (Tel No 27664119 )at csc Musheerabd Hyderabad on 7th April 2021 with all relevant papers and acknowledgement issued. I am still waiting for the deposit amount of Rs. 1000/- to be credited to my account. I hope action will be initiated at the earliest and deposit with interest from april 21 will be credited.

My network is not working since yesterday. I am facing a lot of problem in attending my classes. please resolve the problem as soon as possible.

This letter is to draw your kind attention to the fact that I had taken a prepaid plan of Rs 298 and I couldn't get a 4g speed here and the internet speed is so poor and sometimes it stops too.I would be thankful if u consider my complaint and solve the issue as soon as possible.
