I purchase a fanta bottel 200 ml from shop dadu pan dukan from station road, jugsalai, jamshedpur. when i drink the fanta, i find the some pieces of glass inside the bottle.

Your service is very bad, there is no response as distributor and area officer mr.yasahwant and raffik are not respond any quires.

I had purchased a fanta bottle today ie 18 Marc 2016 from Mafco market in Barc Colony at Anushaktinagar (Chembur) for Rs.36/-. After my son drank it, he told there was a change in taste so i checked it and found the taste very dirty it was stinking as if something has got mixed so i checked its date. And to my horror it had expired in Sept 2015.

Today I am feeling very bad to write the email to you because you are the brand name in the whole world but some of your staff is presenting you in very bad condition. My name is Iqbal Mohammad Khan and I am having the shop name is Lotus Confectionery store, Bilaspur Gate, District-Rampur up, Pin Code 244901, India.

Last one year I am continuously follow up for the fridge with dealer But he said same thing fridge is not available but in the month of February 19th, 2018 the coca cola dealer Mr Arif khan Mob no: +91 9219764243. came with New face on my shop said he is from coca cola company and came here to collect the documents to apply the fridge his name was Mr Mohammed Naseem and his mob number: +91 9105550170. At the same time i gave him my ID which is called Adhar Card, My photographs, my shop electricity bill, My shop stamp, Two Axis bank PDC security cheques in the name of Brindavan beverage Pvt Ltd the first cheque Number # 26746 amount was 30,000 indian rupees and 2nd cheque Number # 26748 was 100. indian rupees And paid 10,000 indian rupees in cash After that Coca Cola agent Mr Mohammed Naseem said to me. I will receive the fridge within 15 days. After 15 days continuously calling dealer Mr Arif Khan and Coca cola agent Mr Mohammed Naseem every time they replied will get the fridge very soon.

After 2 month in April coca cola agent Mr Mohammed Naseem came to my shop again with new person his name was Mr Mirdul Srivastav and working with coca cola and Mr Mohammad Naseem said he transferred to another branch and Mr Mirdul Srivastav Mob No +91 7055119804 will look after for my fridge. from the that day till today i am on regular basis following my fridge but still not receive.

On 29th of May one of my cheque Number # 26748 amount # 100. indian rupees has been cleared at the same time I informed Mr Mirdul Srivastav Mob no +91 7055119804 regarding my cheque clearance. he said ok and replied when he will get the fridge from the depot then he will call me to collect the fridge but no any call from his end. if the company will keep the such type of employee and such type of dealer how they will running the business to the world top class COCA COLA company. if the the customer will cheated like me with the dealer and the coca employee nobody will believe on company.

I fed up, so I stared to call your top world class coca cola company call center contact no: 1800-208-2653. same condition is here of your employees who can not serve in proper and right way of your company customer. I opend the first call on 28th April 2018 of your call center no 1800-208-2653. Mr Gaurav replied and I explained him each and every thing he update my complaint no # 04187925 in the system and forward to seniors to resolve the issue. Mr Gaurav said to me I will receive the call within 24 hours from the Coca cola.As Per Mr Gaurav I didn't receive any call from cola next 24 hours.

I called up again on the same number 1800-208-2653 of caca cola call center. now this time Ms Tanya answered the call I explained her same thing she also could not give the a balance replied she said same thing I will be contacted very soon from the coca cola agent. but nobody call me back.

Called on 02/06/2018 and spoke to Ms Tanya.
Called on 03/06/2018 at 12:35 pm and spoke to Mr Praveen and Mr Aakash
Called on 04/06/2018 at 02;40 pm and spoke to Ms Pooja and Deepak Kumar.
Called on 07/06/2018 at 5:50 pm and spoke to Mr Praveen. he was telling me the same story and the same dialog asked him to transfer the call team leader or the manager he transferred and spoke to floor team leader Ms Neha, I explained her all my story regarding the coca cola fridge. she assure me right now she is going to escalate the matter on high priority basis to the higher management. and next 2 working days till 8th june 2018 my matter will be resolve but nothing happen.

I salute such types staff who is having lack of knowledge of customer service kindly teach them and feed them to provide the such types of jobs.

My complaint is, company dealers service is very bad he tell me 6 months ago company give you a new freeze and he fillup form and my sign and he dont give me a company scheme no tell me. so please change the dealer of our citys and i m member of hotel associations in pandharpur and todays meeting i have say this problem other members and close the sale of thumsup drinks. so tell me what can i do this problems.

It is an incidence on the morning of 16 Jan 2019 when Coca Cola order distribution bus arrives and on delivering the order when they were asked to provide the bill; they started mis-behaving and two of them started Manhandling with the owner of the Cafe situated in Chandigarh. All scenario was captured in CCTV and on intervening of market people they left the spot. Some serious injuries has been borne by the owner near his eye. No resolution so far has been done by Coca Cola company. Even other shopkeepers are complaining about bad behaviour and loose talk by the van driver and distributor.

So kindly take stringent action against the culprits and remove them from their job. Otherwise we are going to take legal action against those employees and the Company too.

I am a retailer from Mumbai Borivali E.. M/s Mallick elect & electronics.
Since last 1 month ,our dealer is not delivering goods to my outlet, as he is newly appointed dealer for our area DP enterprises, after ordering number of times he couldn't give full ordered delivery, hence I said u r not capable of doing so , since then I had not received any ordered goods delivery, when I complaint to area manager Mr.Harshal Mahajan , he said dealer will not deliver your order goods. I said do u endorse it he has no reply, since then I had placed order on Wapp which I usually do, to salesman Mr.Bhupendra Mishra, but w/o any results till date I had not received any delivery even after several times order has been placed on his number, I have full records with me.
