I changed my vodafone no. 9999264589 from pre paid to post paid and asked care centre and agent weather this post paid will work in Leh region or not . He assured that it will work in Leh region. But it was not working there. The matter was reported to delhi care center and complaint was raised for non working of sim. Now I want to change it to prepaid or change to airtel post paid I took this sim on 29 may and matter was reported to care centre on 2 jun. Now what is my fault. I contacted ghaziabad vida centre. Now he said to pay 877 rs for two months . Pl clarify my doubt.

On the time of change of portal company executive give me plan 248 plus gst whereas now bill raised 472. why every month give us tension to remove the charges and other. pls note if your co is not interested to give us 248 plan then pls let me know i can change the portal on your confirmation, but i promise to you it will be very hard for your company to face the fact what they promise and give the services.

Rs. 104/- was credited in my account. All the amount has been debited by adding different plans. many time it was refunded on my complaint. finally now it is nil.every time i was told value added services has been deactivated permanently. but with in 15 days activated again. i never requested for any value added service.

I had applied for PORTING OUT OFF VODAFONE for my prepaid mobile no. +919811008816 but Vodafone is harassing me and not allowing me to leave for reasons unknown to me. I have been a Vodafone for over twenty years when the company was not Vodafone but Essar but how they have treated me is just unbearable and when I want to leave they are not allowing me to. My experience has been HORRIBLE. would never recommend anyone which I used to do to everyone earlier. Really repent being a Vodafone Customer.

Hey, This is Bushra My voda number is 9821568757. My internet is not worked please tell me can i do.

My network connectivity is very poor. And text messages cannot be send after few days.

Today i taken duplicate voda sim card no.9868874742, today after noon 0200pm, after getting assurance this sim card will be activate within 04 hours,it is 1030pm till time it is not activate, please do needful.

I am using postpaid service of Vodafone, and on 13 Dec 2018 I had give the reqyest to start the international roaming on my no. For sri lanka , 7 days plan I did the request... service got started, but on 16th of Dec2018 without any intimation service got stop...I was in sri lanka at that time..I have tried to contact my family members but due to stopped service unable to contact even my family...I had paid the bill and for the sri lanka roaming plan I cost me around 4k including taxes...but now I want to escalate this issue. ..after paying the all bills on time how they can stop the service...for 7 days plan it work only for 3 days. kindly return my money, my no. Is 8586057003.

This company is fraud, do not buy its sim.
