Failed Transaction But Amount Deducted
Hi,
I have booked a ticket from Bangalore to Pune on Sunday i.e.14.12.2014. But our ticket was not booked at that time due to transaction failure. However, amount (RS 2167.00) was deducted from my bank account. According to your terms and conditions, i have waited for 5 working days for refund of amount.
KSRTC Online Transaction Reference No.:OB14051104
But still i am awaiting for refund. So, please look in to this issue?

Failed transaction
Hi! I have booked a ticket from Bangalore to Chennai on Sunday 13th May. But my ticket was not booked at that time due transaction failure. How ever the amount Rs.1463.00 was deducted from my bank account on Sunday may 6th as guest. Please refund the money. I have waited for 5 working days. So please do the needful asap.
